Chapter Nine

-- Ellie's Prov --

I woke up, turned over to see Josh asleep laid next to me. A couple minutes later, he woke up and smiled when he saw me.

"Good Morning, beautiful" he said, kissing the top of my head. I cuddled up to him with my head and hand on his chest.

"I don't ever wanna move" I said closing my eyes. We both fell back asleep for about half an hour then when I woke up he has been up a couple of minutes but he just wanted to listen to me sleep. He was amazing and so sweet. I was so in love with Josh, I wanted to be with him every second. I wanted to hold his hand, kiss him and hug him. I wanted to be with him so much. I got up and put my hands out, he took my hands and I helped him up. He stood there for a couple seconds just looking at me smiling.

"What?" I asked curiously, smiling at him.

"Oh nothing.. Come'on lets go get some breakfast" he said walking towards the door and began walking downstairs. No one knew about mine and Josh's kiss yesterday. I really need to tell Alex..

"Well good morning you two!" Dan shouted, referring to me and Josh. Me and Josh just laughed it off and sat down to eat breakfast.

"Hey, can I talk to you for a sec?" I whispered to Alex. She nodded and we both went upstairs to my room and sat on my bed. Riley followed us up too, I sat crossed legged on my bed with Riley laid on my legs.

"So what's going on..?" Alex asked

"Me and Josh kissed" I said, I was so excited and happy but I didn't show much of it to Alex. I don't know why but I haven't been talking to her much because of Matt. I mean i love them both, but Matt does kinda get in the way of me and Alex. I just miss her, you know?

"Oh.. My... God! It's about time!!" Alex shouted.

"Shhh!"

"Is josh good in bed?" Alex asked curiously.

"Are you crazy!! We haven't done anything except kiss!" I reassured her.

"Yeah, yeah. There's still time!" She giggled. I just rolled my eyes at her.

"I wanna be with him but he just won't ask!" I said, I really did wanna be with him. More than anything but I don't want to be the one to ask him..

"He'll ask. He's more in love with you than you are with him" she said. I didn't even realise he liked me that much. I couldn't help but think though, who was that girl he was talking to at the beach? I need to ask him before anything else happens..

We went back downstairs and I asked Josh to come upstairs for a minute. I pulled him into my room.

"I need to ask you something" I said nervously.

"What's going on Ell?" He asked, curiously.

"You remember when we were at the beach?" Josh nodded. "Who was that girl...?" I asked looking down at my feet. He put a finger under my chin and lifted it up so my eyes met his.

"It's my sister.." He said, smiling. Relief filled my face. But I didn't know he had a sister.

"I didn't know you had a sister.."

"Yeah, Elissa" he said. I was so relieved he wasn't talking to some girl. "Come on, let's go downstairs" he said, getting a hold of my hand and led me downstairs.

After a while, the boys and Alex left me and josh downstairs. Chris and Jessie went out on a date, I was so happy that Chris had finally found someone that made him happy. It was about 7pm and me and josh weren't doing much, just watching a movie.

"Ell?" He asked, looking at me.

"Yeah?" I said, smiling at him.

"Walk with me?" He got up and reached out his hand to lift me up off the sofa. We began walking towards the beach. The sun was setting and it was beautiful. When we were walking along the beach, Josh stopped in front of me and faced me with my hands in his hands.

"I've been waiting to ask you this since the day we met.. Ellie I Love you, more than anything. You've been there and understood me when most people don't. I want to be able to call you mine. Ellie Elizabeth Flint, Will you be my girlfriend?"
