*chapter 21*

Lucy' P.O.V.

I felt horrible for Micah, I wanted to put a raincheck on mine and Ross' date.But I figured I already made one person upset , I wouldn't want to have another.

As me and Ross walk to my house Ross speaks up.

Ross:you know we don't have to go to the movies, we can just hangout.As long as I'm with you I'm happy.

Lucy:that was so clinchè Ross

Ross:I know, can't blame a guy for trying, right?

I just roll my eyes.I figured if I didn't want to go to the movies, I rather go to the park

Lucy:you wanna go to the park??

Ross:sure why not.

Me and Ross walked besides one another to the park.As we get close to the park's,entry I notice Micah sitting in a bench with a girl.

Lucy:hey Ross look over there

Ross:where?

I point at the direction Micah was in.Me and Ross stood there, looking at Micah and the girl just sitting in the bench talking having a good time, when suddenly Micah kissed her.

They kissed for about a minute or so before they parted, Micah looked so happy.He had moved on, he no longer liked me as a lover but as a sister. And by the looking at their faces they were in love.And they were meant for each other.

I tugged on Ross' shirt signaling to start walking.I was happy for Micah, he had finally found someone he loved, like I did.

Ross:he finally moved on

Lucy:yeah

Ross:so that means I'm finally free to do this....

Ross lifted my chin with his hand.I was now looking at his hazel eyes, we looked at eachother for about a minute, when Ross leaned in.The kiss was so passionate, it felt magical, as if it was my very first kiss.

Once we were done kissing Ross grabbed my hand and took me to a pond that was close to the park.

Lucy:what are we doing here?

Ross:to spend time together, silly silly girl

I rolled my eyes while Ross sat on the grass, he patted the ground next to him, signaling me to sit next to him.

As I was about to sit on the ground, I tripped over a rock and landed on Ross' lap.

Lucy:Sorry!!

As I was trying to get up from Ross' lap, embarrassed for my own clumsyness, Ross grabbed my waist and pulled me back down.

Ross:you know I actually like this position better

Lucy:really?

Ross:yeah, I like it that we can be this close to one another

Lucy:me too

I laid my back against Ross' chest and looked at the pond that was infront of us.

It was a beautiful scene.It had many green trees around it.They were big and tall, they provided a lot of shade in the area, which made it a lot more peaceful.

Me and Ross sat there for about 30 minutes talking to eachother about our childhood, and how funny it was the way we met and all that.

I then felt my phone vibrate.I take it out of my front pocket and check it, it was a text from Micah

To:Lucy

From:Micah

Sorry about what happened earlier at school, and I have good news

I answered his text.

To:Micah

From:Lucy

No it's ok, don't worry about it....and what's the good news??

1 minute later

To:Lucy

From:Micah

I'm not a single-pringle anymore

congrats Micah!!! can't wait to meet her!!

From:Micah

You can meet her now, come to our house....and bring Ross too, I want you both to meet her

Ok, be there in 20 minutes

Once I was done texting Micah, I notice Ross peeking at my phone over my shoulder.

I smirked

Lucy:DO YOU MIND??

Ross:not at all go ahead

Lucy:Haha very funny Ross

He just smiled

Ross:who were you texting?

Lucy:Micah, he says he wants us to meet his new girlfriend....I'm guessing is that girl we saw with him a while ago

Ross:probably

Lucy:let's go!!

Ross:ok, ok, Ms.bossy pants

Lucy:shut up!

I playfully slap his arm, Ross pretends to be hurt.

Ross:what was that for??

Lucy:for being a hot jerk

Ross:guilty as charged

I couldn't help but laugh, after me and Ross were done playing around we headed for the twins' house.
