The rest of the week went by fast and before we knew it, it was Saturday. Judy and I were currently working on setting up all of Ed's paintings. Ed had so many paintings that it took way longer than I thought it would. We were trying to set everything up in order from our first case, all the way up to The Enfield Poltergeist case. That way, not only could people look at the paintings, they could experience it in the same order we did."Mom, which year was the Harrisville Haunting in?" Judy asks holding the painting of the house with the tree on the side. "1971," I inform her and she nods. I expect her to put the painting next to the Annabelle picture but instead she freezes. "Judy?"
She doesn't respond and that's what scared me most. I walk up to her and gently shake her a couple times. Nothing. I shake her two more times. Nothing. The third time I shake her, we finally get somewhere. She looks up. Her eyes are empty. "Judy, are you okay?"
She nods. "I just felt funny for a second. I promise," She smiles but her smile doesn't quite reach her eyes. I hesitantly let go of her. "Are you able to finish helping me?"
She nods and slowly sets the painting up where it's supposed to go.
Not long afterwards, it's time to put our plan into action. I use the phone that's provided in the building and call Ed, who's currently at home.
"Hello?" He answers and I smile just from hearing his voice. "Babe, can you come down to the building where the flower shop used to be?" I ask.
"Why? Are you okay?"
"I am. I just need you to come down," he said tell him and he agrees. I hang up the phone and let the people in who were waiting outside. They immediately walk to the different paintings and admire them. I have to smile because I'm so proud of my husband's work and how everyone loves it.
After what seemed like forever, Ed shows up. I greet him at the door. "What's this?" He asks.
"Just a little something to show you that I love you and that your art work is appreciated more than you think."
He grins and kisses me on the lips. I kiss him back and once we pull away, he begins to walk around, observing his own art. A few people ask if they can buy a painting and Ed agrees because we need the money and they would make more use out of it than we ever would. After a couple more hours, Ed, Judy, and I all pack up the rest of the unsold paintings and put them in the car before heading home.
Right as we got home, Ed immediately pulls me to him and kisses me. I deepen the kiss and once the kiss gets deep enough. I lead him to our bedroom. He picks me up bridal style and puts me on the bed before continuing to kiss me. I let him slip his tongue into my mouth and he explores it. I take things even further by unbuttoning his shirt and taking it off him. "Your turn," He says as he pulls my shirt off as well.
I kiss him again and his hand travels to my breasts while I take his pants off. He takes my skirt off. He unhooks my bra and throws it on the floor with the rest of our clothes. Soon enough, we're both moaning as he's inside me. We're both panting and there's a bit of sweat, but it's mostly cum that's making the mess.
Once we finish, we cuddle up to each other. "Thank you for today, babe. It means a lot to me."
"Anything for you," I smile and he smiles back. "Right back at ya," He says and I playfully push him. "Way to ruin the moment, jerk," I laugh and he starts to laugh as well.
Suddenly there's a knock at the door and we rush to get our clothes on. We open the door and it reveals Judy. Her face is red and tears are streaming down her face. I gasp. "Honey, what's wrong?"
She can't even get the words out. All we can do is cuddle her.
