this story holds a trigger warning for explicit drug and alcohol abuse, sexual escapism, rape, prostitution, depression, suicide, violence, emotional manipulation, harassment, internalised homophobia, homophobic slurs, swearing, literally everything. there are no explicit sex scenes, but a good portion of the plot is centered on the idea of sex and intimacy in general.
the relationship depicted is not to be romanticised or replicated. it is an unhealthy relationship written in the pov of a troubled individual. it was borne of someone in a similar mind grasping for human love. it is art for art's sake.
