The weather was a pleasant one. Bright morning sunshine, with the birds chirping, rustling leaves. It was a day to remember. I packed my bag with a quick pace and raced down to have my breakfast.
"Liz, your up early" declared mom. "Couldn't be late the first day" i said with a smile and munched the bread in one go. "Easy there!" Yelled mom. Half grinning with the food still in my mouth, i left.
My college was quite distant from my abode. Not that it mattered. The fact i was a part of this prestigious university was a feeling of dignation i often boast about only at the mere thought of it. Idly, i wonder if there was some student who stays on the way to my college, maybe some company would definitely put off the boredom of travelling alone
The university was a dream come true. With 55 acres of land stretching its greenery between the tall concrete structures was a marvelous combination. The cafeterias filled with buzzing people, game arenas with all possible courts, quick access to the unlimited WiFi , a park to view the senery and everything a sophomore could ask for But, what drew my attention was the library, humongous with its uncountable books stalked in all the possible categories. Yes! This was a dream come true indeed..
