Flashback

I looked closely and saw a shadow quickly pass beside the hole and then I heard familiar squeal come from the house.

I didn't waste any second and exited the car and ran into the house.

I prepared to barge in, I stopped in front the oh so familiar house, with that familiar bench and familiar footsteps to that old abandoned house. Which I once called home.

Flashback Over

Ruby's P.O.V

I turned the knob but it was locked so I was twisting it very fast, thinking it would open with my luck. I gave up and turned around and a little squeal erupted from my lips as I saw all of them closely watching me an inch away.

"Jesus Christ, you scared the crap out of me." I said holding my chest and steadying my uneven breaths.

"Let the men do it." Calum said pulling me to the side and letting Luke, Michael, Ashton sand himself knock down the door as hard as they could.

They locked their arms together and took a few steps back. "Ready? One, a Two, Three." they said as knocked the door down into pieces.

We heard a gasp then footsteps run across the hallway upstairs. I didn't waste a second and followed my sense of hearing to the quick footsteps taking away what is rightfully mine.

I ran as quick as I could and I finally caught up to the kidnapper and grabbed his shoulder and abruptly turned him around making him fall on the floor.

He had a secured ski-mask on and something in his hands. Wait a minute, that's not just 'something' that's my baby.

I reached over to grab his mask to prevail who the culprit finally was but this person was quick and grabbed my arm and twisted it so hard I think I heard a crack.

"Ruby!" I heard someone tell at the back of me but I was too busy being dislocated by some guy who stole my baby.

I or We heard footsteps getting closer to us and the masked guy just let go of his tight grip around my lower arm and ran to the back stairs of the house and escaped.

I ran after him and the closer I got the clearer I hear the cries of my baby.

"Come back you son of a bitch and give me back my baby!" I screamed at him and kept running and running until I tripped over and felt a pain rush straight up to my left leg and a cool liquid run down it. I stood up and instantly fell back down.

I looked at my leg and I saw a long piece of wood pierced in my leg.

Blood was pouring out, fast. And I couldn't move.

"Shit, Ruby." I heard someone say behind me and I looked up to see Luke standing there with a look of shock. "Hey Luke did you find Ru-Ruby!" Calum ran to me and kneeled in front of me not sure whether to touch help me but cause me pain or leave me buy still leave me in pain.

"Baby are you ok? I shouldn't have let you run ahead. Stupid me. How can I help you right now? What do you need?" Calum asked frantically.

"Run, get that man. Get our baby. I swear if you don't start running now I will pull this piece of wood out so fast and run to him right now." I say my words obviously dripping with pain.

Luke nodded and ran towards the direction where the man ran and Calum gave me a quick kiss saying everything will be okay, but how will everything be okay if my baby may be lost forever and I may be permanently paralyzed in my left foot.

I lay on the floor looking at the ceiling and reminiscing all the memories we had together and separately. Tears came out of my eyes and I tried again to stand up but I fell again, it's like finding June, I get up and keep searching for her but I somehow end up felling right back down, letting her slip away from my touch, just like my life is slipping away from me right now.

I feel so weak, so dull, so empty. I can't feel my left leg but I know blood is pouring out rapidly because my heart rate is slowing down rapidly.

I breathed in one last time, then i closed my eyes, I felt what I've been feeling all along, lifeless.

Calum's P.O.V

I swear I'm going to murder that man when I see him. My baby is missing and the one I love is currently loosing blood, laying on the floor waiting for help to come, she might die from too much loss of blood but I don't want to think of that right now I just hope someone will find her and bring her to the hospital, right now.

"Did you find him?" I asked Luke but he just shook his head to his and my disappointment.

We have been searching for that mad man for over 3 hours now and still no sign of him. We have posted signs on every wall we have passed with a 'Missing Child' in bold letters and a picture and some information about June and my cellphone number at the bottom.

"Hello there, I'm wondering if you boys know the way out of this village?" A random woman asked, probably around her mid-twenties.

"Yeah, just turn a left down two streets then keep going straight until you see a village police station then turn right and you're out." Luke says smiling at her.

"Thank you. And are you looking for this baby?" She asks holding up one of the papers.

"Yes, yes we are. Have you seen her most probably being held by a man with a black coat?" I asked suddenly.

"Yes I have, they entered a house right beside that big one, 2 blocks from here. Goodluck, I hope you can get her back." She says then leaves us.

We screamed 'Thank You' to her then we dashed to the house 2 blocks from here. We see the big house then we run to the normal looking house beside it and bang on the door.

We heard loud footsteps running down the hallway then the door was open and standing there in sweat and a fuming face was someone no one expected, someone no one even dare to notice, standing there was Mr. Ronald Stone.

But then someone else came and peeked through the door.

I squinted my eyes to see his face, oh shit just got real.

"Well hello there Calum." Trischan said with that signature smirk of his.
