Andre has a best friend, a best female friend. Her name Misty. She went to school with Andre and unfortunately Rhonda. But her and Andre had a falling in out and didn't really make...
Misty was still in new York with her father. She found out from lucious she was being nominated for best new female hip hop artist. She didn't want to go but her father basically told her to get her ass to that award show, and that he will be watching.
Tonight was the award show, and Andre was her date.

The night was going good. Until Andre was shaking misty shoulder. Andre said "you won." Misty said "won what?" Andre smiled and said "best female hip hop artist." Andre helped misty out of her sit and on to the stage. Everyone stood and clapped for her. Her award was presented by the one and only female rapper Missy Elliot.

Back at the hospital in the New York, everyone was happy. Expecially her father. The doctor came in at a good time with some good news. The doctor told the family that somehow the chemo was working and that he was going to live. Misty father stated "Misty is the miracle, once she came back into my life I know I'll be better." They all look back at the TV as misty was finish giving her speech.
Misty and Andre flew back to New York the next morning. They were day,greatful to hear good news. The next day, misty was sitting next to her father and said "I want you watch my next performance here." Her father said "I'm ready to get pit this hospital." Misty said "it's just for today, then after the performance we are all going out to eat." Her father said "so what's going on between you and Andre?" Misty said "I don't know." Her father "do you love him?" "I do, he hasnt been divorce long, but I don't know where we stand, I don't want to ruin our friendship." Said misty. "Maybe its something you and Andre need to talk about, you guys don't need to be stringing each other along and one or both of you guys get hurt in the process." Said misty father. Misty agreed.
Later on that day, few streets were block off. Misty was doing an outside performance in New York. She hasn't been here since she left for college. Her family and friends were behind her 100 percent. She look out into the crowd and saw she had a lot of fans. She even saw people she grew up with. She was introduce by lucious and cookie. She came stage ready and prepare.

Everyone was singing along. Misty father was proud of her. He had tears coming down his face. He was happy to see daughter.
