Andre Best Friend(Empire Story)

Gone

Everything was going good. Everyone was happy for Andre and Misty. And everyone said about damn time.
Misty was hanging out in Andre office when she got some mail deliver to empire.
Misty said "I been here this long, and I never got one piece of mail."
Andre said "what is?"
Misty said "its a letter from the hospital."
When misty last spoke to Janice, she said that her father was getting better and he was being released soon.
Misty read the letter and was upset and then got mad.
Andre said "what's wrong?"
Misty handed Andre the letter because her emotions were all over the place.
Andre said "I'm sorry to inform you ms. Myers but your father pass away, and then it talks about they can't get ahold of your mother."
Misty said "that damn woman, I just want to contact what ever family I have out there left, give my father the proper burial. I just never got to say goodbye."
Misty cried in Andre arms.
Cookie came in and said "what's wrong?"
Andre handed his mother the noted. Cookie read it and said "don't worry baby, cookie will take care of this. Andre take her home."
Andre nodded and took misty home.
When they got home, Andre laid next her in bed and held her as she cried herself to sleep.

The next day, misty felt numb, she didn't want to get out of bed. Andre has been trying to get a hold of Janice but she not answering her phone.
Andre was in the kitchen when there was knock at the door.
It was young man.

The young man said "my name is Leo and I'm looking for misty."
Andre said "why are you looking for, now is not a good time."
Leo said "I know, my mother gave me this letter saying I got a sister name misty and this her address."
Andre said "who is your mother?"
Leo said "Janice, I don't know who my father is, from what letter said me and misty don't have the same father."
Andre said "come inside, I'll see I can get her out of bed. How old are?"
Leo said "I'm 17, this all my stuff, she left a note with some money and left. I been on the bus coming here for three days."
Andre felt bad for the kid.
Andre told Leo sit in the living room while he go get misty.
Andre was surprise to see misty up and out of the bed.

Andre said "good your out of bed, I have something to tell you."
Misty said "what's up?"
Andre sat next to misty and said "there is young man down stairs saying he is your brother."
Misty ran down stairs with Andre behind her.
She got to the bottom and saw young boy sitting on the couch.
She didn't want to be rude, so walks over to him and polity introduce herself.
Andre called his mother said "we need find Janice ASAP because things just got more real."
