Quote: "Ted Bundy killed college girls because he wanted to kill; Ted Bundy wanted to feel pain in his victims; because Ted Bundy didn't feel pain at all when he was alive", unquote, (Author Robert Helliger, August 4, 1973-).

No one can see into the mind of a serial killer.
He or she can be normal to you....and me. They're educated; they live normally; and they pretend to live in a society, in which you work hard, see your wife and children, and live in a home that you feel presents a sense of cohesion that society dictates as the way of living.
II
It is not like you wake up one day, and utter, "I'm going to murder someone". That isn't normal thinking; that is abnormal thinking.
And, for Ted Bundy, he wasn't normal.
III
There's no evidence that he was abused as a child. There's no evidence to say why he begun murdering college girls, (or other woman while he was 27 years old...and onward); he murdered because he could.
*Jim Greha*, (not his real name), was the new Mayor of Salt Lake City. He was determined that, by November 1975, that crime was going to be down.
This is a recreation of what he said:
"Ladies and Gentlemen...It is an honor to be your new Mayor. I will make sure that I do my utmost to do my duty...and to make Salt Lake City the best place to live, raise families, and go to the Mormon State Church...
..."And that we all shall live without fear...
"...Ted Bundy is in jail because we made sure he was caught. Let me say this....Murderers who kill in this state, and city, will be executed. And that's why we have the Death Penalty for people who seem to think college girls are fair game to be raped, strangled, and killed off in our colleges. That, my friends, and political friends whether you're Democrat or Republican, know...that crime is going to be upheld; crime will be gone...
"...and soon...there'll be a Zero Tolerance policy in Salt Lake City, Utah. And other States. I shall make it my goal to rid my State of violence...And that all police officers are watching every street; every dark corner; every brightly-lit alleyway; every college and university campuses; and every ski resort in the mountains, (especially in Aspen, Colorado), because...we're modernising the Police Forces; we're modernising every aspect of crimes against women...
"...Because, in the end, we're doing our jobs.
"Thank you,
"And God Bless America!".
