POV Joe

It was 12 am and we were waiting for Monica's train. Caspar was excited to see her again and I was interested in the way she looks. I know Caspar's got an eye for pretty girls, but they are not as fluffy and innocent inside as they look outside usual.
Poor Caspar.

- So when will Monica be here? - I asked him. Hope wasn't with us, but she would be in our apartment when we'll come back. I texted her quickly when we arrived at the station.
- In twenty minutes. - Caspar replied. I moaned.
- See? I told you we walked out too early! "No, Joe, we'll be in time exactly!" I could sleep for 20 minutes longer! That's your fault, Caspar! - I didn't mean it, just jokes, obviously.
- I'm sorry. - Caspar put his head down, pretending to feel guilty, and laughed then. - I thought we go out with Hope and she's always late or in trouble, so it's kinda the thing I got used to doing. - Caspar shrugged.
- Oh. Then, that's a smart move! Good job, Caspar! - Casp smiled.
- Thanks.
- I forgive you. - I sat on a bench, waiting. Caspar texted someone while talking with me. I remembered one of the funniest stories and spoke again, laughing. - Remember that time Hope was late for her birthday party? And everyone started eating cake without her? - I laughed. Caspar blushed a bit, hiding his face.
- That actually was my fault. - He said, biting his sleeve.
- Really?! - I exclaimed, smiling widely. I noticed some girls behind Casp, taking pictures, but didn't pay much attention. That happens sometimes.
- Yeah! I texted her wrong time accidentally and forgot to send her the real one. Oh God, I felt so awkward that day! - I laughed to tears, pointing at him.
- Classic Caspar! - Casp shrugged, smiling. I calmed down, but still smiled, and looked around.

There weren't a lot of people on the station. Some man was running somewhere, probably being late for his train, the girls behind Caspar left with their families and a couple was kissing near the stairs. They didn't stop to breathe or anything - they were kissing and that's pretty much all.
I've never understood this thing. Relationships, based only on kissing and having sex, are not even relationships. You have to talk sometimes. if you're planning to spend the rest of your life with this person, you should be friends at least.
I was looking around, cause I forgot to put my phone on the charge yesterday. 20 minutes later, Monica's train arrived.

- Hi! - Okay, let's be honest, she's hot. She's blonde, bright green eyes, not too tall, but taller than Hope or Zoe. Great body and olive skin. I won't deny it - Caspar's got a taste.
But I'm not interested. Who would be with his best friend's girl?
- Hi! I've missed you! - Caspar hugged Monica and she laughed. I greeted her as well and we headed back.
I had some time to make an opinion about Monica while sitting in the taxi. She seemed a nice person. She was smiling all the time and laughed with us, so I didn't really pay attention to the way she was acting. I enjoyed her company and that's all.

***

- Helloo! - Hope greeted us, smiling, when we opened the door. Caspar didn't hug her as usual cause Monica was with us, but I'm sure Hope understood why. She was nice as always - helping us and joking. Also, she didn't wear any of my clothes for today. At least, once.
Not like I was glad about it.
- Hi! I'm Monica. - Hope smiled and Monica hugged her awkwardly. - Glad to meet me finally? I bet you heard about me a lot! - Monica smiled.
- Yeah, kinda. Nice top, by the way! - Hope likes to make compliments, so she made another one, pointing to Monica's top. - Where did you get it? - She tried to start a conversation, I believe.
- Too expensive for you! - Monica laughed, so did everyone else. I noticed quick confused look Hope gave to Caspar. She walked to the kitchen then. - Drinks? - She asked us, looking for something in the fridge.
- No, thanks. - Caspar shrugged. Someone phoned him and he headed downstairs to answer.
- Yes! Such a long ride! - Monica exclaimed.
- What do you want? We have... - Hope smiled at her lightly.
- Uh... - Monica interrupted Hopie. - Can you make me a smoothie with strawberries, raspberries and... blackberries? Thanks, dear. - Hope was confused, I noticed. She looked into the fridge, looking for berries, but both, she and I, understood she won't find anything.
Monica got her phone and texted someone.
- What's the wifi password? - I replied to her quietly. Caspar disappeared. I started to take my clothes off. I don't think we'll leave the house today anyway, it's freezing outside!
- We don't have it. - Hope said slowly, trying to make a joke from all of this. Monica lifted her eyebrows.
- Excuse me? - She asked. Hope repeated. - Then get some. Jesus, what would I expect from some little girl? - Monica mumbled. I believe, Caspar didn't hear it as he wasn't in the room. Bloody hell, why is he so bad at picking girls?
Okay, admit it, Monica was a bit... "I'm the Queen" person.
Maybe not a bit.
