“Where are you now? I know it doesn’t take that long to get to a massage parlor.”“Raiden, do I question your whereabouts? I should be the one asking where the hell are you. Anyway, I just pulled up.” She told him getting irritated.
“You better drop the attitude; I was just asking a damn question. I hope it helps you relieve some stress so you can stop nagging me all the time.” With that Raiden hung up. She looked at the phone not believing he really just did that. Kinsley was tempted to call back, but decided against it. She was happy that they were coming to a spa because she could use it. Life with Raiden was hectic at times.
Kinsley walked into spa ready to get pampered. She knew her sister probably was going to be a little upset for her being a tad bit late.“Welcome to Paradise Massage & Spa. I’m Trinity. How may I help you?” The clerk said. “Wait didn’t I just assist you?”
Kinsley laughed. “No ma’am. You may have helped my twin. I’m here to join her in a sister day out.” She told her. The girl scanned the contents on her computer screen.
“Man, I wished I had a twin. Well she wanted me to inform you that she’s been waiting on you for about ten minutes so she decided to get started without you. I hope that’s ok.”
Kinsley smiled and replied, “I wouldn’t expect anything less of her.”The clerk told her to follow her down the hall into the changing room.
“When you change into the robe go into the next room and that’s where you’ll find your sister.”
“Ok. I appreciate your help. Thanks.”
“You’re welcome. I hope you two enjoy your experience here.” She said walking out.
Kinsley changed clothes. She loved the way the robe felt on her skin. She walked through the set of doors located on the other side of the building. She saw her sister sitting down getting her feet done with her head tilted back with facial cream covering her face and cucumbers over her eyes.
“You know you could’ve waited a little longer. I had to drop both my son and niece off at school,” Kinsley said reminding her that she forgot to come pick up her daughter last night.
“I waited forever on…
“You only waited ten minutes so stop being overly dramatic. You always doing that. Next time I might as well stay at home if we’re not going to do everything together.”
“If you’re going to whine about it then I’ll wait an extra five minutes next time.” Keziah lied. She wasn’t the type to wait on anybody for a long period of time.
Kinsley gave a disappointed look and just dropped the conversation because she knew her sister well enough. She didn’t want to make something so minor into a major problem. She walked over to the seat next to her and sat down.
After the massage session, they walked out of there feeling rejuvenated and peaceful. They decided to go have lunch and a little girl talk.
“I got some good news.”
“Kinsley you always have good news. What’s new?”
“You act like something wrong with that. Aren’t you happy that your sister is always excited to reveal to you about my certain accomplishments?” She asked leaning back folding her arms. To her Keziah could always be the rain on her sunny days.
“I mean… yea at times… What is it?”
“I closed the deal on the other locations for my shop. I am now an owner of many more shops to come around the world.” She squealed. Kinsley was so happy to have not just one shop, but three others soon to be opening. She worked her butt off to get to this point.
