"Good morning Kin!" Everybody said greeting her as she walked through the salon.

"Aww! Good morning to you all as well. Are you guys ready to get this day started?" She asked looking around at her family. She didn't look at them as her employees. She had been knowing them for some years now and considered them apart of her family tree.

"I don't know about them, but you know I am. I'm ready for my clients to walk their behinds in the door right now. I got four sew ins and a few other styles in between. Chile Ima be here all night. They need to come on." Bryce said chewing on his gum. Kinsley could tell his nerves were bad. She loved having him in the shop. It was never a dull moment when he was there. He was also one of her top stylists and her best friend. They had been friends since the third grade.

"You ain't got shit else to do so cut it out. I couldn't be one of your clients. You'll have me so messed up. You can't rush nobody. You knew that was insane to book that many clients with hour long hairstyles back to back. I should expect that from you though." Parker blurted out. Kinsley rolled her eyes laughing because she knew these two would go at it all day if you let them. Parker was also her best friend since the third grade.

Bryce, Parker and Kinsley did almost everything together and knew mostly everything about each other. Parker mouth had always been slick and kept them in a lot of fights. Besides Keziah, they were her right and left hand people. Her life would've of been so dull without them.

"I wouldn't want you as my client either nappy roots! It's about time for you to rinse those colors out of your head because ain't no damn body trying to find no pot of gold at the end of your rainbow." He snapped back.

"Boy you wish you could taste how sweet my rainbow is. Don't worry about my hair just know my shit laid to perfection and you know it."

"That's enough you guys. We ain't gone do that today. We don't have time for all the bickering. Where is Amina? I need her to give you those papers she printed off for you, Parker. If you agree to do the job take Brie with you to do nails and makeup. Whenever she arrives let her know she's going with you. Kea, you have eight pedicures and manicures today. Brie is going to help just in case you have more. Shaniqua and Zuri, you two have quite a few clients coming in for waxing. Lolo, Bryce, Parker and Jordan yall are booked for today. We have a busy schedule today, so get your stations set up and ready to go.

"Your annoying ass sister sent Amina to pick up a latte and something to eat." Parker stated. She didn't care for Keziah at all not even when they were growing up. They always bumped heads. Parker and Bryce felt she sometimes used Kinsley because she knew her sister would do anything for her. Parker warned Kinsley that her sister was a tad bit jealous of her, but Kinsley told her that she sounded crazy. Parker just stayed out of it not wanting to cause any friction in their friendship.

"Why she couldn't stop and get whatever she needed on her way here anyway?" Bryce questioned. Kinsley shook her head not really up for any commotion. She told them she'll handle it walking off towards her office. She wondered what her sister was doing here.

"Hey twin," Keziah spoke with her eyes focused on whatever she was doing on the computer.

"What are you doing?" Kinsley asked sitting her belongings down. She took off her trench coat hanging it up.

"Browsing. I think you need to get a new assistant. I sent her off about fifteen minutes ago and she's still not back with my shit. It better not be cold neither or it's going to be a very big problem." Keziah said sounding upset. Kinsley looked at her sideways. Her sister could be very inconsiderate and controlling sometimes. She never understood why Keziah acted the way she did at times.
