I sit back down quickly and stuff my mouth with rice.

I see josh coming out a few seconds later.

I'll just ask like nothing happened and I didn't hear anything.

"Hey sorry that took so long." Josh says when he gets to the table.

He takes my hand in his under the table and smiles at me. I smile back.
