A Note From Your Favorite Feline - Chapter 4 Rewritten

Adrien sat in the car as he listened to Kagami talk, the morning light fell on her face making her freckles visible. Beautiful. He thought watching her brown eyes light up as she spoke about her next fencing match, they pulled up in from of the school just in time.

“Thanks for accompanying me Kagami. ”He gave her kiss on the cheek and smiled when she blushed. He really cared about this girl, he only wished his caring would grow into something akin to love but no such luck yet.

As he opened the door he noticed a familiar figure staring them, Marinette with a look of longing on her face. She waved with a small smile and he turned back to see Kagami waving with a full blown albeit it was bit creepy but endearing, he said a quick farewell and left the car. Marinette had already disappeared into the building her head bowed low. It didn't matter, he was about to change her mood soon. He had spent the whole night learning how to change his handwriting to something else and writing a romantic letter in Chat Noir fashion.

He rushed into the building, making his way to the locker room, everyone was by the entrance chatting leaving it unoccupied. He reached into his pocket and Plagg flew out. “Plagg someone will see you!”He whispered harshly.

“Someone will you see you too, what are you doing sneaking around anyway? Does it have anything to do with a certain classmate?”Plagg teased making him smile mischievously.

Adrien took out a baby pink note and smirked. “You know it does Plagg, she didn't wanna talk to me directly but she couldn't resist a certain feline's charms. ”He slipped the letter into her locker and smiled in triumph, he gestured for Plagg to get into his pocket with a pointed look and thankfully he didn't argue.

This was definitely going to make her smile.

Marinette went to her locker leaving Alya to chat with her boyfriend. She opened the locker absent mindedly when a note fell out, curious she picked it up.

Meet me at the top of the Eiffel Tower tonight, if it's problems of the heart I'm happy to be of assistance. Plus it's a great excuse to spend time with you purr-ncess.

She blushed as she read the words over and over. Could she be the girl that was taking him away from Ladybug? From herself? Hope bubbled up in her chest and she let herself dream but it was so strange, it was just Chat Noir, when did she start caring for him in a such a way.

“Hey penny for your thoughts?”She almost jumped when she closed her locker and Adrien was there smiling.

“It's just a note. ”She replied biting the bottom of her lips, he couldn't help but notice how adorable that was especially with the red tint in her cheeks.

“I hope that just a note is a good news then. ”He watched her reaction carefully, he had definitely changed her mood for the better and he was proud.

“It is, bye Adrien. ”She said giving him one last smile before walking away, he almost jumped for the sky. He didn't understand why making her happy was making him so happy.

“And here I thought she was just a friend. ”Plagg mused making his owner shove him back in the pocket.

Short chapter but next chapter we're gonna see a jealous Adrien because Luka is coming around to talk to his favorite muse.

Is Marinette really just a friend?

I'm updating a lot faster than I thought I would so mind the mistakes or point them out, it would really help.
