put water into a bowl, then pour salt in, (dosen't matter how much)
say 3 times
ocean, ocean, hear my plea
ocean ocean accept me as me,
and make me a mermaid, to be one with you,
and swim in the waves, until i die,
this is my desire, so let it be.
NOTE: this is a permanent spell, and i do not know how long it takes to work,
also, do this on a NEW moon:) have fun!
