Sheba's Demonic Commandeer

As the dust cleared and all calmed, Dindiri stood her body rocking back and forth while trying to figure out what had just happened. She had slightly blacked out, her mind gone into another realm where she could have sworn she'd seen multiple angels fluttering about. But perhaps it was all but some sort of dream, she did concentrate to the point where the light from the Super Nova was blinding...Dindiri vomited, her head spinning and the smell of rancid water in her nose. The quarry had been drained of water and it wasn't helping that she had suddenly become dehydrated. Her heartbeat was steady though that changed when Bayonetta finally emerged from the dust her cheek bloodied from a small laceration but other than that completely unscathed...this struck something within Dindiri...how the hell did she survive? This couldn't be...the Super Nova was her most powerful attack, no one could survive it, not even a witch!

"Oh don't look so surprised love." She breathed putting her hands on her hips...which were completely naked. "After all, I needed some fresh air. Are you enjoying the view, darling?" she breathed striking a pose, adding a wink.

"No, no you should be dead. I-I used the...I used the Super Nova. No one can survive that! NO ONE!" Dindiri shouted.

"Hmph, I'm not just your average witch. I'm the kind that you don't introduce to mummy. I'm the kind that doesn't let her guard down. I'm the kind...you don't FUCK WITH!" she shouted dashing up to Dindiri and landing a punch square in her chest. The force would have been enough to break the girl, if it hadn't been for the aura which jolted oddly, its color slightly distorted, a dark purplish color, like a bruise. Dindiri held her ground and scratched at the witch but felt her grab it and pin it behind her back, the witch flying the girl into the jagged walls a scream ripping from her lips.

"RAAAHAAA!" the girl shouted, losing some of her air. Her aura lowered, the heat reduced to but a candle's strength.

"That's right, scream for me. Beg for me darling." She purred nibbling Dindiri's ear, her tongue sliding over it. "You sound just like those angels, their weak high pitched cries. I'm all hot and bothered now, care to take care of it for mummy?" she cooed.

"Rrrr! SHUT UP!" she cried spinning around throwing a punch that nearly nabbed her. She kept going, punching only hitting air while Bayonetta took the opportunity to deal serious damage without Butterfly's assistance. The witch had weakened the girl to where she wanted and now she was good as hers; with each kick Dindiri delivered, Bayonetta gave back rapidly with no mercy. All a while Dindiri marveling at how the pact with the bear made little to no difference. A Super Nova, hadn't destroyed the witch...what could? A sharp pain landed itself in her stomach as Bayonetta struck her the hardest letting the girl rest there until she was thrown off, the witch using a furious downward kick the ground slightly caving in. The witch waited for a moment but after realizing that Dindiri wasn't getting up she approached, a victorious smirk on her face.

"Was it too much for you darling? Heheheh, it seems I got carried away again, as usual. But you really should have just laid down like the good little girl that you are. Still, you did put up one hell of a fight, so with that I give you props but your life ends here. And such a pity too, I would have loved to have at least tasted your flesh again." Bayonetta chided rolling the girl over onto her side then her back. Dindiri groaned softly, blood leaking from the corner of her mouth as she watched Bayonetta stop over with one foot and gently sit down on her pelvis, a blue gun touching her forehead.

"Nuh..." she exhaled a numbness setting in.

"Now, sleep!" Bayonetta pulled the trigger but was horrified at what happened next. With unfathomable speed, Dindiri somehow dodged the bullet and flung the witch off of her landing several fierce blows that shocked and shook Bayonetta to the core. There a few meters away stood Dindiri, somewhat lifeless, limp but a particular patch of darkness slithering over her body. It was then, that both had realized, possibly during the Super Nova...something had gone horrendously wrong. The girl slowly felt her conscious fading away yet again but a part of her fought back, meanwhile eight tails began to spring forth Bayonetta standing her guard, the bruised flames slowly going an ominous black color.

"W-What..." Dindiri cried out softly. "HAA! HAA!!! GYAH! N-NO...t-t-th-this is...Shadow Skin...but...but I didn't die..." She hissed in pain as her skin slowly began to turn a sinister color. But that's when she realized, she indeed did die, in the Super Nova. She must have overworked herself to the point where her life had ever so slightly left her body, Aurinko reviving her but also in return becoming part of her through the darkness and malice of her heart as well as his. "AHAH...N-NO! AURINKO...YOU WERE...YOU WERE A, A DARK ONE!! YAHAH! AAH! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" She cried out.

"What's happening?" Bayonetta then asked.

"I-It's a shadow skin," Butterfly stated. "An ancient evil even we demons fear. Bayonetta you must stop her before she transforms. If you don't she will kill you!" The very tremble of Butterfly's voice shook her to the very core, and she knew what she had to do...Sheba...but Jeanne was nowhere to be found. But...she did have her locket. Dindiri's transformation had nearly been complete when Bayonetta tossed Jeanne's locket to Butterfly, she took her stance and chanted:

"TELOC VOVIM A GRAA ORS TABA ORD AVAVAGO!"

"EMNA OL ADRPAN ADNA ZNRZA OXEX RACLIR!" Butterfly cried out. Another void, this one as large as the quarry itself opened up, a queen wearing skulls as a headdress, wristbands and necklace appeared, black as sin with ruby red eyes of death, despair and endless torment. The queen of the underworld, Sheba had emerged. With one command, Dindiri had been pinned to the ground with bone chains a dark purple energy surging towards her sapping what was extractable and what would stay. The half changed Dindiri wailed in pain the echoes of it shooting through the sky. At the last moments of the drainage, the two seemed to have met in another realm, another dimension that was different from Purgatorio, Paradiso, and Inferno. It was here that Dindiri dared not to fight but instead pleaded.

"Pl-Please! I-I'm sorry! I-I didn't want it to come to this. I was blinded by my rage. I didn't mean to attack. I thought you were going to kill me!" the girl protested.

"Hmph, look at you. Sniveling like a little pup that's lost its mummy. Come now, I'm not going to hurt you anymore. Knowing that you had concealed a dark one though makes me a bit on edge but you couldn't help it. Did those awful Lumen Sages do that to you, Yahir?" Bayonetta asked touching the girl's cheek. She froze but then looked away nodding slowly. "I see. Well then, you won't have to worry about them. Believe me when I say that. I'm not one to look after children, but then again you've proved to me that you're no child at all. You are indeed a brave young woman, who else could take on an Umbra witch and live? Hehehehe." Bayonetta laughed.

"I'm really sorry. I don't know how to control my emotions very well as you can see. I-I hate confessing them and what's more, I feel so drained of everything. I just want to nap for a while, and then just go back to my normal life." Dindiri sighed a tear running down her cheek.

"Don't you dare cry," Bayonetta then breathed tilting her chin upward. "There is no reason to cry, I'm here my dear. I'll take all the pain away."

"How?"

"One, not killing you, and two letting you stay and rest up at my place for a bit. Don't worry, when all of this is over...it will be nothing more than a bad dream." The witch breathed placing a sweet kiss on her forehead. And when the girl came too, Sheba had gone Madama Butterfly stood in the distance while she looked dizzily at the witch before giving a bright smile and falling backwards with a heavy thud.
