Hello guys! I am sorry for being this late. But I was busy with my entrance exams. And I have a good news! I got chance in my desired university and I am so happy yayyy :) and so here is the next chapter. Enjoy!

Nandini woke up with a sore head. She didn't have any idea why her head felt like a ton of bricks. She blinked a few times to adjust her sight. It took her a moment to realize that she was in her room, on her very own queen size bed. But something was definitely amiss. Because she wasn't in her usual comfy nighty but in casual clothes. And she would never sleep like that even if she was dead on her feet.

Then why and how?

And why the hell she couldn't remember anything? Damn!

And why her head hurt so much?

Darn it! So many questions but not a single answer. This was so frustrating!

Nandini rubbed her temples. A thing she did  whenever she was stressed over something.

Tendency. A bad one actually.

She tried hard to remember the happenings of the previous day but nothing! Absolutely nothing! It seemed like her head was jammed and her brain stopped working. She desperately continued massaging her head in an attempt to make her neurons resume their work and also to get rid of the headache but of course nothing worked.

And then it hit her. Like a strong wind.

"Abhay..."

A gasp left her mouth as the happenings of the last day replayed in her memory. She grasped the bedsheet as she felt anger rise within her

"How could you Abhay? How could you?"

She struggled to keep her emotions in check; her voice a mere whisper.

That scene disgusted her. The way she witnessed Abhay and Urvashi together...

"Ugh!.."

Nandini squeezed her eyes shut in sheer loathing. She didn't want to see their faces anymore. But she knew it wasn't going to be the way she wanted. She had to face them and she would do that. She had some unfinished business after all.

Nandini stumbled on her way to the kitchen; narrowly saving herself from falling. She didn't know what was wrong with her but she was feeling the least good. She could tell there was definitely a reason behind her sudden memory loss and it was undoubtedly not pleasant.

Like she was having a hangover. But that would have happened only if she got drunk.

So did she?

Nandini couldn't even remember that. She felt like punching someone or breaking something.

But alas! There wasn't anyone whom she could punch in the face. So she grabbed the showpiece closest from where she was standing. But before she was about to slam the antique vase on the wall, she stopped herself.

Alas! It was her favorite! She didn't want the poor gothic antique piece to be the victim of her wrath.

What could she even do? She felt like banging her head on the concrete wall instead.

"F**k!"

With fury raging inside her, she kept the vase in it's former place with shaking hand and took deep breaths.

"Breathe in, breathe out. Come on Nandini. You can do this!"

After repeating the process for quite a few minutes, she finally felt a bit calm. But that didn't relieve her from the severe headache. She walked up to the kitchen counter and was preparing to heat up some macaroni. She considered taking pain killers but she knew that first she needed to put some food into her system and then the tablets. Just as she put the bowl on the counter and started slicing the bread, a voice caught her attention
