Scotty: You know only one can battle the gym leader at a time right?
Caleb: What you can't battle him after me?
Scotty: We'll i was going to battle him first but, no we can't battle one after another. The national gym rules say's that only one battle a day.
Caleb: Argh.... Sorry dude do you mind me battling him first?
Scotty: Yea ill wait at the center for ya, in till then beat the guy.
Caleb: Alright thanks.
Caleb and Scotty split up and went there own ways for now.
Meanwhile near the pokemon center............
Scotty saw an old man struggling to pick up the boxes outside his house.
Scotty: (Looks like he's having trouble)
Old Man: ughhhh.....
Scotty: hey you need some help?
Old Man: Yes please.
Scotty walked over to the old man and picked up the box the old man couldnt pick up.
Scotty: Were do you need these?
Old Man: Just set them inside there.
Scotty carried all the boxes inside the living room of the old man's house.
Old Man: Thank you so much young man. That's a big help.
Scotty: Yea no problem.
Old Man: Are you a pokemon trainer by any chance?
Scotty: Yea i am actually.
Old Man: That's good here i would like you to have this.
The old Man handed a pokeball with a tyrouge inside it.
Scotty: Tyrouge?
Old Man: Yea i used to train tyrouge for random trainer's. That one was left after a trainer abandoned it all alone. It was a rough one always looking for a fight.
Scotty: Good i use you to battle the gym leader.
Old Man: I think that might be a little too much.
Scotty: Why?
Old Man: That pokemon only knows tackle and Mach punch.
Scotty: Crap ill guess ill just train you tell you can use other moves. Is that ok with you buddy?
Scotty saw tyrouge shake his head Yes through the clear through pokeball.
Old Man: I would use the small area outside the viridain forest to train your tyrouge.
Scotty: You think so?
Old Man: Yea the tyrouge is still kinda of a low level so that would be best.
Scotty: Thanks old man ill start right away.
Old Man: And thank you for helping me.
Scotty walked out the old man's house and towards the viridain forest to train his new pokemon tyrouge.
Scotty: Alright tyrouge you going to be strong, dont worry!
Scotty headed towards viridain city when tyrouge pushed out of his pokeball.
Scotty: What wrong is there something bothering you?
Tyrouge: Grrrrrr........
Meanwhile at the pewter city gym..........
