A week after the storm My dad let me live with my mom in Brimwood. My sister well half sister is like my best friend. We would do each others nails. Well that was before her father died it was so tragic, but dad had seemed happy I even heard him say
'good I could get Marian back'. Sometimes I really hate my dad.
So mom finally got full custody of me after so many battles. I just couldn't handle having a drunk dad. My little brother Cameron was lucky to go live with his mom in Seattle. We couldn't ho to school during the storm because it had produced electric rain.
No today is my last day before I leave Riffington, North Dakota and head to Brimwood,Mississippi. My dad drove me too where the school used to be. Yes you heard right 'used to be'. When we got to where school used to be. There was nothing but concrete and some of its foundation.
All the students looked puzzled. My dad dropped me off. I walked to my friends Kala and Mason.
'What happend to the school and where is it' I asked Mason looking very worriedly everywhere looking for any signs of where the school might be.
' I don't know C nobody knows.' Said Mason honestly.
This is just to creepy. Kala doesn't say anything at all.
' I am scared merely full on scared C I just dont get it, Mason call your mom'. Said Kala finally saying something.
Mason's mom comes and picks him up me and Kala got in to. Mrs. Colt drove me to our house and left. Well might just get an early head start.
' Dad come on there is no school no more lets go and take me to moms.'I said yelling.
We drove for 5 days and we finally make it .
