Bunk'd ||Xander|| {DISCONTINUED}

Day 9

It's been about 2 months since I've started at Camp Champion and I'm really enjoying it. It's probably the best thing I could have ever done.

Eric and I are really close now as well. And guess what? He asked me out! Isn't that great?

"Hey cuddlebug." I said to Eric.

"Hey snuggles." He replied then pulled me into a hug.

"How are you today?" I asked.

"I'm great and how are you?"

"I'm good thanks." I said smiling up at him and pecking him on the lips.

"Alright everyone!" Coach shouted.

"We have a treat in for you guys today."

I wonder what it is.

"We are having a little competition against Camp Kikikaka today!"

Haha, Kikikaka. I mentally laughed at that.

There were cheers of excitement going all around but none of those we're coming from me.

"What's wrong cupcake? You don't seem very excited?" Eric asked.

"I don't feel like I'm ready to face them again." I said.

"Oh, come on Kylie. I'm sure you'll be fine." He replied.

Yeah, maybe he's right. I'm just overreacting.

"Silence!" Coach exclaimed, "Like civilized people we shall walk to the other camp site."

We all started walking across to the other camp site. As soon as we got there, so many memories flashed through my mind.

We arrived and then I saw someone I really didn't want to see.

"Oh hey Kylie. Long time no see." Xander said.

"Mhm, it has been a while." I replied awkwardly.

"Eric." Xander said.

"Xander." Eric replied.

Well... this is awkward.

"Hey Kylie, when this is all over can I talk to you before you leave? It's really really important." Xander asked.

I looked up at Eric to make sure he was okay with this.

"Yeah sure. Where should we meet?"

"The spot just like old times."

Mh... it must be important then.

"Okay see you then."

I wonder what he wants to tell me...

We started with the challenges and a lot of them were sports related so it was automatically easier for us.

Once the whole thing was done Gladys started speaking.

"It has been an eventful day today filled with lots of fun activities. Obviously we have to have an overall winner and it's none other than Camp Champion. Well done to everyone it was really a lot of fun."

Yes! We won. Now to find Xander. I got to the spot and saw him standing there.

It's now or never.

"Hey Xander."

"Hey Kylie."

"What did you want to talk to me about?"

"I know that it's been months since we last talked to each other and since that stuff happened. But during that time I realised something..."

Oh no. I hope it's what I think it is.

"What did you realise?"

"I still like you Kylie. I never stopped liking you. I thought I was happy with Emma but then I realised you are what makes me happy. I love you Kylie. You were the one person I was close to and you were and still are someone very important to me."

"Xander... I'm sorry but I'm dating Eric now." I said awkwardly.

"Oh, of course. Why didn't I see that one coming?"

"I'm glad you feel that way but it's not mutual. I'm really sorry."

"It's okay. It's not your fault."

"I guess I'll see you around?" I asked.

"Yeah."

I then turned around and walked away. Wow okay. When I got back I immediately went to find Eric.

"Hey baby." He said.

"Hey."

"How did your talk with Xander go?"

"He said he still likes me."

"Please don't tell me you still like him?" He asked getting worried.

"No! Of course not. I love you and only you."

"Good I love you too."

I leaned up to give him a kiss on the lips.

I love Eric so much and I'll never do anything to hurt him.
