The Missing Musketeer

Chapter 7

Katiana's POV
"Nice to meet you,boys," I said.
They grin back, before Athos asks,"Are you going to live with us here?"
I shrugged,"I am not sure,I think I am going to live with someone called Constance and her family," I said. They nodded with understanding.
"Do you three boys know how to swordfight?" I asked.
They looked at each other and chuckled before replying," Yes we do,but no girl needs to fight,they would fail miserably against us,the next three,for we are the next Musketeers!"

However,before I could reply with a contradiction,I heard three deep hearty and deep laughs. I could tell who they belonged to before I turned around. I saw all of the Three Giants walk up and stand behind each of their sons.

"Now boys,don't say that,she is stronger in will, than all of you combined!" comments Carlos.
I giggle at that before asking,"Carlos,who will I be staying with?"
"You will be staying with My niece,Constance,and her family, she is younger than you by 5 years. Hopefully you will get along,"

"Can I come here to learn how to swordfight and talk to the 'junior' Musketeers?"
I pause,"And can I keep Verity here? Or should she come with me?"

They all chuckle,before replying,"We did say you could swordfight!" And they chuckle for longer before Horthos said,
"Yes,you may leave her with me."
"Thank you,"

Katiana's POV
After I was scrubbed down by the two mothers, and dressed into a set of clothes similar to the set that I was wearing before being scrubbed down,thanks to the fact that they had asked me beforehand what I had wanted to wear,we had set off.

About half an hour later,me and the Three Giants set out to Constance's house.
When we had arrived I came face to face to a very homely looking house,I internally smiled,I could tell I was going to be put into good hands.

The confidence,I had I myself however,was lowered the closer we got to the door, and by the time we actually got to the door,I was stuck next to Hadren like my like depended on it. He,of course,could tell I was nervous,even before we got there so,before they knocked on the door,Hadren,and the others,Carlos and Horthos,kept me focused on the fact that if I was scared,still,I could come and live with them.

That option,however,I decided,I didn't want to happen,I wanted to show that I was stronger  than any normal person,because of the experience I had gone through,so I put a smile on my face that I tried to make genuine,and stood by there sides as they knocked out the door
