Reader's POV:
I was looking for my husband Claude and my son. As soon as I found them, they were in the kitchen cleaning. I smile slightly. I walk into the kitchen making mine and Claude's 6 year old son look at me and run over to me. I pick him up and smile. I look at Claude and he gives me a small smile. I then quickly leave with our son, Anthony, and bring him to his room. As soon as we get to Anthony's room, I begin to get him ready for bed. I usually do this everyday while Claude is busy working. As I help my son put on his PJ's, he looked at me.
"Mom can I have the china set, please?" he asks making me frown.
"No." I say sternly and look at him.
Anthony then frowned as soon as I said no. He may be a demon child but he is still 1/3 human because of me. I was half human before I met Claude and before I even had Anthony. It sucks sometimes. I am still half human, it's just that since Claude is full demon and I am half demon that makes Anthony 2/3's demon and 1/3 human. I know there is math in it but whatever. I then picked Anthony up and put him to bed smiling. I tuck him in and say goodnight. Then I completely leave the room while turning off the lights.
***6 hours later***
I was walking around the mansion with Claude until we heard a noise. We quickly run to our son's room and see him sitting there on the floor about to touch the broken china set. Claude got that from his previous master and he gave it to Anthony. Which seemed like an ok idea at the time but now not so much. Anthony looked at us and frowned.
"I'm sorry." Anthony says as he runs over to me.
I pick him up and cuddle him a bit. I hear Claude sigh and then begin to pick up the pieces.
"I told you Don't Touch." Claude says as he continues cleaning up.
I then sigh and carry our son out of the room and into our bedroom. I lay him down in the bed and begin to sing to him, making him smile happily. I watch him fall asleep and leave the room, hoping Anthony won't wake up and begin to break stuff.
