*Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep*
"Kaci, Wake upright now! Your going to be late for your first day of school!" my mom was mad at me not getting up. As much as didn't want to I got up and got dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans, a blue tanktop that was tight at the top but baggy/flowie at the bottom along with a white flower design, with some white sandles decorated with glitter on the strap. I brushed my hair then put it up in a messy bun. I then applied some eye liner but not very thick, along with mascara and lip gloss. "Are you ready yet, kaci?" my mom yelled from down stairs. "Yeah" I yelled back even though I didn't want to be. I hate school, mostly the first day because of all.of the screaming and 'I missed you' from one girl to another even though they hung out all summer. "Hurry up kaci, we don't have all day!" mom said as I was running down the stairs, " do you not see me running here?!" I said with an eyebrow up. "yes I do, now stop being smart like that unless you want to go to work with me...." my mom threatened, and whenever my mom threatens someone she isnt playing around... "....I didn't think so, now get in the car" I walked out the door and into the car. My mom got in and we were off. The car ride there was quiet... that werid kind of quiet. "So......" I said trying to break the werid silence. "What?" my mom said back waiting for me to go on, "we should listen to some music..." I didn't know what to say... I reached for the radio and started looking for a good station, there wasn't anything good on so I just turned it off and got out my head phones.

We finally got to school. "have a good day sweetie..." my mom said in a 'I'm sorry' kind of way. She drove off and I walked to me locker. Perfect! No where near the populars. So far, so good. I thought to my self. I looked at my schedule for my first class while put my bookbag on the right hook, my purse on the left, and my jacket on the back/middle hook. "Forgetting something?" a voice said, as the person lean against the lockers next to me, making me jump, while putting a smile on his face. "Nope. You?" I said, turning to realize that my friend Matt Chambers was holding his hand to his heart as if it was breaking. "Well, well, well, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed...." he said with a smirk. "Sure, if you say so" I looked back at my schedule unfocusing off of my friend. "Do we have any classes together?" Matt said taking my schedule out of me hands, making me focus on him again. "Well...." I said wondering if we do. "Yep... 1st, 5th and every other class!" he said laughing, "Oh let me see that!..." I said taking taking mine and Matt's schedule. "Yes we do!" Matt said trying to make me believe him. "Ha, no we dont" I said in releif. "I know, we only have geometry together 8th period." Matt said with a smirk. I playfully hit him on the chest while giving him back his schedule back. "Awe....what a cute couple you two would make.... to bad shes mine!" said a guys voice behind us, wrapping his arm around my waist. Adam Singer! "what are you talking about?"
