Kaci's P.O.V.
Tomorrow is Friday. And Adam asked me to go on a date with him Saturday, since the first one got ruined. Of course, I agreed and now I just have to make sure I remember instead of making him think I am trying to stand him up. But honestly, I don't think I can forget this time. Well,, mostly because last time it wasn't really a date and he didn't really ask me out. He said that where we are going is a surprise though. I cant wait to see what he has planned! But there is another thing that has me thinking... Matt Chambers. We haven't talked ever since I blew him off...and if I were him I wouldn't want to talk to me either. I think it is best for us to stay away from each other for a while anyways. My first class today is Language Arts. Alice is in that class with me.... thank god! Class was boring. As usual. But then I got a text from Adam.
A: I'm bored!):
K: Me too!
A: Meet me at staircase C
K: Okay(: be there soon.
I went up to my teachers desk and asked to go to the bathroom. He gave me the bathroom pass and I left. I walked to staircase C and saw Adam waiting for me. "Hey!" he shouted to me "Hey" I shouted back. "So, where do you want to go?" he asked me, picking me up by the hips and placed me in front of him off the stairs. "I don't know... how about ice cream" I said. "Good idea" Adam said "I am paying" he added. He grabbed my hand and we walked to my locker to get my purse and stuff. Then we were off to the ice cream place. When we got there, the sign read 'I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream' I just giggled and Adam pulled me closer to him. "what flavor do you like?" he asked me. "chocolate" I told him. "What can I get for you to love birds today?" the ice cream man asked. "1 chocolate and 1 vanilla" Adam told the man. "Have a great day!" the man said handing us the ice cream, while Adam handed him the money. "Thank you, and you too!" I said back trying to be nice. Adam handed me the bowl of chocolate ice cream and a spoon. "Thanks" I said to him blushing. "You are so adorable whenever you blush like that" Adam told me. making me blush even more.
