I sat outside the doctor's office playing with my fingers. Questions ran through my mind.

Will the doctor cure me? Or will he think that I'm just crazy?

I sat up straight in the armchair thinking about what's been happening these past few days. It was only a few months ago that my life seemed to be at its best.

Then it all changed in one night. Unusual dreams in my sleep.

At first it only happened at night. Then, it happened during the daytime. Unluckily for me, it got worse.

I sighed. Maybe I shouldn't be eating so much curry before bed. Yes, that was it. Or maybe...

"...I said, Mr. Casper Lee! Dr. Zachary is ready to see you now."

I snapped out of thoughts. I was daydreaming again. My girlfriend tells me a lot of stuff like I daydream too much for example. And damn is she always right.

I grumbled and stood up from the chair. I walked past the bored-looking nurse and walked in the therapist's office.

'Mr. Casper? Ah, sit down, please. I'm Dr. Zachary. Please make yourself as comfortable as possible.'

I laid down on the therapist's sofa. It was kind of nice. And soft. And comfortable. And it was really good for sleeping.

I yawned and started to close my eyes.

'Mr. Casper, please stay awake. I can't help you if you start dozing off.' I grumbled.

'So, Mr. Casper. Please tell me everything.'

'About what?'

'Um...about your problem of course.'

I tensed my body when I remembered why I was here in the first place.

'Well...you see, doc. I have been having these dreams. However, these dreams are not of the usual like getting chased by trees or being naked in a public place.'

Dr. Zachary wrote something in his book. 'Okay. Please continue,' he said.

I took a deep breath feeling nervous explaining my dreams to Dr. Zachary.

'What are these dreams about?' he questioned.

'These dreams...I...I feel like I'm in another place in a different era looking through somebody else's eyes. I just don't seem to have control over these people's body. Other times, I'm in third person looking at some random person. I can't seem to run away from them. When the person I am watching walks into another room, I feel like I'm being pulled by a string tied to that person.'

Dr. Zachary tapped his pen on his book. 'Do these dreams happen every time you fall asleep?' he asked.

'These dreams were...tame, at first. They only occurred at night. Lately, they have been trying to take over my body.'

'Okay. Mr. Casper, tell me if you experience any symptoms. Do you feel dizzy sometimes? Or maybe you feel nauseous?'

'Yeah. I do. I feel both dizzy AND nauseous. In fact, I think feel dizzy and nauseous right now...'

It was happening. Again.

The room started spinning. Dr. Zachary looked like he running around me in circles.

I felt like I was going to fall off my chair.

'Mr. Casper! Be careful! You're going to fall off your chair!' Dr. Zachary shouted.

And it happened. I fell off the chair and in the process, hit my head hard on something solid.

All I could see was Dr. Zachary running out of his office. I couldn't hear anything. Then, I couldn't see anything.
