Izzy looked at him. She felt her jaw drop a little bit but she quickly picked it back up and she hoped he didn't notice. She didn't know what to do or to say. She didn't want to dump everything on him and to scare him. Plus she didn't think that he would actually believe her. She sighed quietly and looked at him "Oh.. really now?" she asked him. He nodded slowly and smiled weakly "Yeah I think I did.." he said and looked down at his hands and played with his fingers. It was something he did when he was bored or didn't know what to say or do. God he was adorable. Isabelle just wanted to kiss and hug him and tell him that everything was okay. But she couldn't do that. Simon sighed "I mean honestly...I don't think I could have though...I mean look at me" he said and gestured towards himself. Izzy felt her heart clench in her chest and she had to take a small deep breath to keep herself from crying. Simon was the love of her life and listing to Simon talk the way he was about himself broke her heart. She sighed and watched him carefully. "Well...whoever your girlfriend was must have seen something in you" she said and looked at him. Simon shrugged "I mean I guess" he said and sighed. He sat back and he started to watch the TV. Izzy sighed and she leaned back on the couch. She tried to watch the movie but she had a hard time with it. She wanted to cuddle up to Simon and watch the movie but she knew she couldn't just go up to him and curl up. She sighed and pulled a blanket up on herself. She shut her eyes and curled up to herself. She listened to the movie for a while before she ended up falling asleep.

Isabelle woke up with a small jerk. She wasn't where she was before sitting on the couch and falling asleep with the movie on and Simon next to her. She slowly realized that she was being carried, as she felt the heartbeat of someone by her ear. She frowned slightly and looked up and saw Simon. Simon was carrying her up since he had realized she had fallen asleep. She put her head back down before he could notice her awake. She looked around and realized that he was talking her back to her room for the night. She smiled to herself and curled up to him again, she shut her eyes and sighed. Simon would do this every once in a while for her whenever she fell asleep. Simon had always loved carrying her around it seemed like. It made her feel like a princess. She sighed and laid there quietly. She heard Simon opening the door to her bedroom, she was surprised he still remembered where her room was in the institute. She sighed and she felt Simon slowly trying to pull the covers back on her bed and lay her down on it. She opened her eyes and looked up at Simon. She smiled when she saw him blushing ever so slightly. She looked at him "How long was I asleep?" she asked simply. Simon smiled down slightly at her. "About an hour. I asked you a question and saw you were curled up on the couch and you looked kind of uncomfortable so I thought to maybe just bring you up here. I thought you were bored with the movie" he chuckled and she sat up "I wasn't...I'm just mentally tired and that blanket was so warm and all.." she trailed off and looked at him. Simon smiled at her "I'm sorry to hear that." he said. She sighed and smiled weakly. Simon stood up straight and cleared his throat. "I should leave you alone so you can get some rest" he said and turned around to leave. Isabelle frowned "Simon wait!" she cried out and covered her mouth. She watched him wide eyed as he turned around "Yes?" he asked her. She sighed "I just. I don't know...now I can't sleep.. I was wondering if you would...stay? Stay with me?" she asked slowly. Simon smiled at her and nodded slowly "Yeah.. yeah I can stay with you if you want" he walked back over to the bed and sat on the edge with her. Isabelle frowned slightly and watched him. "Simon...you can sit down next to me. Or even lay by me. I don't really care" she smiled. Simon took his shoes off and slowly he moved over to her and laid next to her. Isabelle turned to face him with a smile "Thank you.." she said. Simon smiled "any time. It's not that big of a deal. And this is nice" he said simply and laid down next to her. She smiled and shut her eyes, able to relax a little bit more. Simon smiled and he gently wrapped an arm around her and that made Isabelle melt inside. She smiled happily and laid her head on his chest. It was like before when they would have lazy days and just cuddle in bed all day and do nothing else. It brought back old memories that hurt a little bit but it was better than nothing. She shut her eyes and they laid like that for a while before Isabelle heard that Simon had fallen asleep. He was snoring quietly and his mouth was opened up slightly and she saw him drooling. She giggled quietly and kissed his nose ever so gently. She laid back down with her head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat. She felt happy for once after everything that happened. She sighed quietly and curled up in the blankets and into his arm and she slowly fell back asleep with him next to her.
