~A few days later~

Sam's Pov:
It's been a couple days since I met Taurtis and without a doubt, it has been the best days of my life and, each time I talk to him I end up falling more and more in love with him. However, I don't know how to tell him. What if he doesn't accept my feelings?!? Maybe I'm just over thinking things, I'll just go to sleep and see him tomorrow at school.

Taurtis's Pov:
Sam's been acting strange recently he seems to always be lost in his thoughts and one time when I did manage to get him to snap out of it he called me 'love.' Sometimes I just wish that I knew what was going on inside of his head then, everything would make much more sense.

~Time skip~

Sam's Pov:
It's finally morning and I can't wait to see Taurtis because I texted him last night and he said that we could walk together to school, now I'm pretty much convinced that he likes me back. After a quick shower, I got dressed and I heard someone knock on the door. I ran downstairs and I opened it to find Taurtis standing there crying. "Hey what's wrong??" I asked him having no idea why he's so upset. "S-salex just got hit by a car and now she's dead....the only person I ever loved is d-dead!" He told me as he cried harder. I felt my heart break into a million pieces he wasn't interested in me at all?!?!? I just wanted to slam the door in his face and curl up into a ball and cry, but at the same time, he needed me.

Taurtis's Pov:
I just stood there crying my heart out knowing that Salex was dead and I would never be able to see her again, but what I failed to notice was Sam coming closer to me. He then slowly put his finger under my chin lifting my head up, so that way I could see him. Then the unexpected happened his lips pressed up against mine in a very passionate and caring way. I was too shocked to do anything, so I just stared at him until he pulled away and looked at me. I had no idea on how to react until "O-omg I'm s-so sorry Taurtis!" He yelled and with that, he ran off upstairs into his bedroom locking the door behind him. I was just left standing there thinking about what just happened until I felt something growing inside of me and I thought to myself what is this feeling?!?!?
