I hurriedly get out my room and command the men inside to look for Neme in the mansion's premises. Hindi siya maaaring makalabas dito sa mansion. It is too dangerous for her outside. Malawakang pwersa na ng mga kalaban ang inatasan upang hapanin lang siya. Those people are aware that DC Org is protecting her.

Nabulabog ang buong kabahayan ng umagang iyon. I check the kitchen and the dining but she's not there. I even ask people to check the entertainment room. And I also think on checking the Shield Room which is very impossible for her to get inside. The mansion is operated and protected by latest security system and high technology.

"Aries," of our DC Men approach me. "Our guest is in the Garden."

Nakahinga ako ng maluwag sa ibinalita niya. Parang ilang libong tinik ang biglang nawala sa aking dibdib. Tumawa ako ng mapakla, sinong mag-aakala na darating ang pagkakataon na makakaramdam ako ng kakaibang takot. Takot na kahit kailan ay hindi mapangalanan.

I nodded to the one who reported Neme's whereabout. "Thanks!" Tinapik ko siya sa balikat bago tinungo ang pinto palabas ng bahay. Sa mabilis na mga hakbang ay tinungo ko ang Garden.

I found Neme sitting near the bed of roses while looking up the sky. She's watching the sun slowly rising in the east. Even I can't see her face I can easily tell that she's in deep thinking. I'm not sure if she's looking answers deep in her heart and mind.

Tuluyan na akong lumapit sa kanya ng walang ingay. Bahagya pa siyang nagulat ng umupo ako sa tabi niya.

"You made me so damn worried when I woke up and you're not beside me." I said without looking at her instead I close my eyes and feel the morning sun rays on my face.

"What are you worried about?" She sarcastically say. I open my eyes and look at her. She look around. "You can't easily get inside and out of this place. The security is very tight plus the latest security system installed. I can bet my life it's true. Yet you're worried because I was out of your sight? How foolish." She stated full of sarcasm.

"Yeah, how foolish of me. But you can't blame if I am worried to death when it comes to you. That's because I love you so damn much."

"I want to end all of this." She sigh. "I have one favor to ask. Let me out and check the accounts my father left behind. I want to make sure if you already got what your organization's wanted. Na wala ng ibang pang itinago si Dad. At kung mayroon man gusto makuha na ito para bumalik na ulit sa normal ang buhay ko."

"Why? Ipapahamak mo lang sarili mo." Mahinang tanong ko.

"Just like what I said, I wanted to end all of this. Para makalayo na ako at makapagsimula ulit. I don't want to be part of your life anymore. As well as I don't want you to be part of mine. Ang gusto ko lang mangyari ngayon ay ang mamuhay ng tahimik, malayo sa'yo at malayo sa gulo. Do this favor for me, for the last time, Raze."

Pinakatitigan ko siya dahil sa kanyang mga sinabi. Makikita mo sa kanyang mukha na seryoso siya sa kanyang binabalak. Na kung hindi lang mahigpit ang security ay maaaring kanina pa siya tumakas. At hindi ko kayang tanggihan ang kanyang pakiusap. Sa huling pagkakataon na makakasama ko siya ay gitna pa ng panganib.

I sigh and nodded slowly. "I'm coming with you. But let's eat some breakfast first." Tumingin ako sa kalangitan. "It's still early and the bank are not yet open."

Isang tipid na ngiti ang sumilay sa kanyang mga labi bago tumango. Tumayo na siya at naglakad pabalik sa loob ng mansion.

"You're both crazy!" Umiiling na sabi ni Novie ng ipaalam ko sa kanya na pumayag akong lumabas kami ni Neme at puntahan ang safe ng Dad niya sa tatlong bangko. "You how dangerous outside is, Cher, yet you want to go out?"
