Born in Dallas Texas, Seba enjoyed to spend time with his mom and dad. But after his father's death, his mom decided to leave to Central City. Not having any friends, he was always bullied. And his step dad was even worse. Beating him and torchering him. That's all he did. And what's worse is that his step dad was a cop. He never liked him. He wanted to leave the city on his own. But then one day, he ran away from his dad and came across couple of bullies. He ran away and they tried to catch up to him, but couldn't. Then he rested when he knew they were gone. Then he started crying. But then a boy came to him and made him feel better. His name was Luan. They both became great friends. They were practically brothers. But then one his dad got furious and pushed him into his mom's experiments. He got his tazer and electrified him. Instead of killing him, it gave him powers. He got mad at his dad beat him up. Luan came to his house and tried to stop him. Instead he got infected. Then they started to control their power. When that happened, Flashed came to see what happened. He saw them having the same power as he does. He talked to them and told them to go to New York City. They did and started to live there. After that, he got his own suit and became the Bluesilver.
