Born and raised in Central City, he enjoyed his city life. He had many friends and had a great family. But what he didn't have was a brother. He was aways a the fastest kid in his block. He loved the city that he lived in and wanted nothing more than to meet the Flash. One day, he came upon a boy in his age crying. He tried to cheer him up. Then, just like that, they became best friends. Sooner or later, they become like brother. Luan finally had a brother. But one day, he came to Seba's house and saw what he became. He became into a meta- human. He got close to him and got infected he bumped into a car. The cable pole fell in the same car, making Luan burning and electrifying him. After that he got super speed and other more powers. Then the Flash came to check it out.
