When a boy named Will went missing, Cela seen it before. She seen him, spoke to him, while everyone in town searched for him.
And when Eleven arrived, with only the kids knowing, Cela knew. She helped the kids keep her safe, pretending to be over for Nancy, since they were okay friends.
Clairvoyance wasn't the best thing to have during that time of year.
