You gasp in a breath as you wake up. A nightmare. The clock next to you says it's to early to get up. You reach for Sans' hand, going for comfort, but only succeed in grabbing empty bed sheets.

"Sans?" You ask softly, sitting up. He's not in the room.

You lay back down and wait for what feels like thirty minutes (it was actually more like ten) before standing up and going into the living room.

"Sans? You in here?" You call softly. He's not sleeping on the couch, and he's not anywhere in the kitchen.
You take the time to go through the rest of the house.
Sans is gone.

"Sans!" You yell one last time. Of course, no one answers. No note, no texts. Just up and left.
You shiver.

~

"Sans? No, he's not here."

"Tori, he has to be. What if he's missing? What if-"

"Hun, give it a day at least. He'll be home by then, I just know it."

You sigh and bite your nails. "Okay. What should I do if he isn't?"

"You're going to have to call the sheriff. His names, BP, his number-"

"I have his number, but it's not like I need to. There's no point-"

"BP has been keeping an eye on Sans since he turned up again. Considering his past, BP has every right to be suspicious. You'll need to call him."

You groan and rest your chin in your hand. "Of course I'll have to. What of he never comes back."

"He will. He always does, you know. I mean, it took about ten years last time, hehe, but he still did. You'll be fine."

You kindly said you had to go clean and hung up. The silent house was all to nostalgic, and made you want to-
Play music, and dance.
Like you used to do when Stephan wasn't home.
But you'd gotten rid of all your old shit. You didn't have your CDS anymore.

~

Sans was still missing. You laid in his bed, hands resting on your stomach, and staring at his ceiling. I hope he's okay.

You're being really clingy.

No, I'm just being worried. That's a normal girlfriend thing to do.

~

"This is so obvious!"

How you hadn't thought of it before was beyond you. Just call him!

You scrolled through your contacts, found Sans, and hit Call.

It rang once, and you heard Sans' ring tone playing somewhere in the house.
With a confused noise, you followed it into the bathroom, where his phone was resting on the counter.
You slowly hung up.

Why'd he leave his phone?

You scooped it up and checked it. A missed call from Tori, BP, and some other number that didn't have a name.

You hmphed and took it downstairs, then dropped it on the couch and sat next to it.
There was a long silence after that. You just sat there.

~

"Hey, is this... uh, BP?"

"Yes it is, can I ask who's calling?"
