Andrew's POV:
I woke up at the crack of dawn to the birds singing in the trees. The first thing I thought about was Allie. Nothing else could enter my mind until Allie was safe and sound. I looked over by the carriage to make sure the girls were still here, the baby was here, but not Samara. I looked over by the beach and saw Samara sitting on one of the grimy green rocks along the shore. I walked over to her quietly. Trying not to spook her.
"Why did they have to take her?"
"Oh, so you do know I'm here."
"I heard your squeaky boots as you walked through the sand. You should be a little quieter if you want to get Allie back."
"What do you mean by be a 'little quieter'."
"When I was sleeping I saw the future, It's a gift you give when you save someone from purgatory, since I saved Allie. I got this power."
I looked at her with a puzzling look, like the look I always give Allie when she told us about Samara. Just saying, that was some crazy stuff going on there.
"Well, what did I do in your vision type thingy?"
"You go into war and you kill Aaron, but in my dream I don't see Allie."
"Oh well thanks for the info."
**********************************************************************************************************************
I dropped the girls off at the local orphanage telling the lady that they shall never leave the premises because I had to go pick up their mother. Of course, Allie would never marry me. She always thinks I'm obnoxious. The nurse nodded and took them to the no-viewing room, so that nobody would try to adopt them.
I got back on the horse I borrowed from a local blacksmith and galopped into the country. I spotted where the army comrades camp was and hurried on over there. As soon as I got there, the whole camp was empty. Nothing but rifles, ammo, and medical supplies. Weird, why would they leave the medical supplies here if they knew they were going to need it?
I left the camp since no one was there and continued on the trail. It was about noon and the summer breeze blew into the sky. It was a good temperature to be fighting in. Actually, it was perfect.
I rode until at least 2 p.m, when I stopped by a nearby stream and gave the horse a chance to drink some water. I sat by a tree and looked up into the sky and looked at the clouds. I dazed at the clouds like no tomorrow, until suddenly a cannonball flew over the sky and landed into the pond.
I got up quickly and looked into the direction it sore from. I froze. It was Aaron and he was lighting another cannon to shot at me. It came flying at me, I ducked and it hit the tree causing it to fall.
"You'll never win this war!"
"We'll see about that, Andrew. If you make a single false move and send my men to where I hid Allie and tell them to kill her."
"But what about the promise you made me?" I asked in an anxious voice.
"A promise? Oh, that promise. The promise where I was supposed to tell you Allie is before you kill me. Which you'll never kill me. So, I'll never tell you a single word."
I dashed at him with my pistol against his sword. I looked naval, but that wasn't important right now. I pulled out my knife and dogged his slash. I ran backwards and kicked the tree back into place, but it started to tip towards him and mashed into the ground. I thought it had crushed him, but I was wrong. It had been a complete miss. Dammit! I thought that would work for sure! He dashed over by me and tried another slash. Wow, this guy didn't swordry at all. His sword hit the tree and became stuck. I leaped above him and stabbed him in the back causing his to lose breath and fall to the floor.
"Where's Allie!"
"I'll never tell you, you worthless street rat." He said in a dying voice.
"If you don't tell me, I'll torture you like a pig, burn you to the core, and never stop torching you until you tell me where she is!"
"Fine! I sent her to Virgina with a merchant. She'll be working as a field slave until September. Then she will move to New York for a clothing business off the coast. Please just spare my life! I'll never touch Allie or your family again!"
"Wait, my family?"
"Yes your family. I was there the day they torched your house and your parents. I was there to watch them burn. Those filthy worthless people just like y--."
He stopped suddenly, his voice gave out and his heart bled out into the dirt. His soul rests in hell.
