My Overprotective Brothers & The Secret {On Hold}

Short Stay & Family night.

"GRAY?!"

"Hey Jade, wassup"

"Where were you!?"

"The boys didn't tell you?"

"No... What should they have told me?" I said sounding a bit nervous.

"I was in Texas. I live there."

"Wait what? Why?!"

"Work. They offered me a huge job out there."

"That's why you left so soon? And didn't come back?"

"I was meant to be coming back that night, as I told you, but my plane was delayed and they needed me there in time so I had to get the earlier one."

"Ah, then your forgiven."

"Thanks, so where are the boys?"

"Out. Don't know where so don't ask."

"Okay then, where you off to?"

"My friends house. Gotta go. Catch up later! Bye!!" I said walking out the door.

Except I didn't get far. I ran straight back in and jumped on Grayson.

"I missed you so much."

"Missed you too munchkin."

I got off and left again shouting a quick 'I love you' through the house as i closed the front door.

It was about a 7 minute walk to the O2L house, so i got there within a few minutes because I was running.

I was about to turn the handle, except it did it itself. I looked up and was greeted with a Jc Caylen looking at me with sad eyes.

"I knew it was a bad idea." I started walking away but was stopped by the huge iron gates closing ahead of me. I couldn't get out if I tried.

"Jade, please listen."

"No Jc. I'd rather not listen to you talking about 'your new bird'. I think I'll pass."

He grabbed my arm and spun me around.

"Please Jade. It wasn't what it looked like."

"I don't care Jc. You know why it hurt, yet you didn't say anything that night when I walked in."

A flashback of the night where I caught them, flashed through my mind. My eyes were starting to fill with tears. I pushed past him and ran into the house, past the boys and to my room. Not before stopping in front of Jc's room and letting the tears flow. Once I had got to my room, I did the exact thing I did that night. Lock the door and cry into my pillows.

I heard soft knocks on the door and a faint voice.

"Jade? Come on baby, come out. They're not here."

I slowly got up and opened the door colliding and hugging my older brother tightly.

"Why do they have to get him to come here Harry?"

"I don't know, but what do you want to do? Go home or stay here? I'll do whatever you want with you."

"I-I want to go home."

He took my hand and we walked down the stairs. We got to the door but I got pulled back. Not letting go of Harry's hand I turned back.

"Jade please. I'm begging you."

I didn't say anything except turning back to my brother and opened the door.

"Bye O2L.  I hope to not see you again."

After that, I closed the door and walked to the car. I got in and looked at Harrison. "Thank you H."

"Anytime little sis." He gave me a kiss on top of my head and told the driver to go home. He was on his phone almost the whole drive home.

Me and Harry walked into the house shutting the door behind us and made our way to my room. I had made H promise me that he will watch 'The Notebook' with me.

We opened the door and turned on the light to be greeted by our other 3 brothers sitting on my bed with all of my favourite things, including my iPad.

We sat watching films all night and gossiping about schools and jobs. Harrison didn't let go of me the whole night and I soon fell asleep on his shoulder, and that was that.

I missed this. All of us together. Except mum and dad. I'm sure they would be proud of us all.
