i don't know about you, but it brings me so much pain when i ask my friends if they've heard of the recent shootings, and they have to reply with, "which?"
this story was mostly inspired by Christina Grimmie, because i've been a fan of her work for as long as i could remember. i'm not her family, not even her friend, but i still felt a pain so deep when i heard about what happened to her. i just cannot understand why someone would feel the need to pull a gun on anyone at all. whether it is LGBTQ, POC or just an up and coming pop singer.
i can't imagine what it would feel like if i actually was related to her. but then i did, start to imagine it. thus, fate and other gravitational forces was created.
i never met Christina, and because of gun violence, i never will. here's to hoping an end is near. here's to all the mourning families and friends of the victims. here's to hoping people will start to realise that:
one, no one needs a god damned gun.
two, the hashtag #prayfor won't do shit.
three, we are all responsible for this bloody problem.
