Harry - After talking and laughing together, first at the opening feast, then during classes and in the common room, you and Harry, and subsequently, Ron and Hermione, became good friends, but it wasn't until he took the time to compare you to Cho Chang, that he realized that he fancied you more than he ever thought he fancied Cho.

Ron - Ron became nicer to you every time you saw each other until you both began attending DA meetings taught by Harry, and he was not able to concentrate on the spells and counter-jinxes upon being partnered with you. He realized his feelings for you when he couldn't keep you levitated in the air, because his heart gave a mighty leap any time he met your eyes, and this led to you falling frequently, and Harry repartnering you with Hermione.

Draco - Draco made sure to always sit next to you at the Slytherin table during meals, so that he could easily sling his arm around your shoulders upon seeing Pansy Parkinson nearing the two of you, and you grew close while doing so. Eventually, though, the sight of you and Draco sitting together wasn't enough to keep Pansy at bay.

"I don't believe you're actually dating." She said after sitting across from the pair of you at breakfast one morning. "You never kiss, you only sit together."

"Just because we don't kiss in public, doesn't mean we aren't dating." Draco replied calmly, tightening his grip around your shoulders. "And I don't believe its any of your business anyway, Pansy."

"You just want me to go away, and I will, if you prove that you're actually dating." Pansy argues, not moving an inch.

"We don't have to prove anything to y-" Draco didn't finish his statement, because you leaned in and pressed your lips against his, determined to get Pansy off of your back. Seemingly without hesitation, Draco's hands moved down to your waist, and he kissed you back enthusiastically, your actions having suddenly alerted him of his feelings for you that have been lurking just under the surface from the moment you started to get to know each other. Pansy made an audible, exasperated noise, and left the table.

"Y/N?" Draco asked as he pulled away, breathing heavily.

"Yeah?" You asked, looking down at your hands awkwardly.

"Do you want to go on a real date with me?"

Fred - "She's my friend, and I will not have you pranking her!" You exclaimed as you walked with Fred and George to Zonko's joke shop.

"Aw, come on, It'll be a laugh!" Fred insisted, George chuckled from behind the two of you.

"No, it won't." You protested. "She already thinks I'm mental, spending time with you two. If I let you prank her, she'll think I like you more and that'll be the end of our friendship."

"I'm doing it." Fred said with a laugh, ignoring your arguments.

"Ugh!" You groaned. "I'm not helping."

Later, you sat in the common room, working on homework with Hermione, when she, to no one's surprise, stood and walked over to Fred and George, no doubt to badger them about the skiving snackboxes again. You suddenly noticed George give his wand a little wave towards the ceiling, while Fred tried not to burst into laughter. You looked up to see a bucket floating in the air above Hermione, filled to the brim with some kind of gooey, green, nasty looking substance.

You shook your head and stood up just as George gave his wand a second wave. You ran to Hermione, and shoved her out of the way, just in time to be drenched in the green goo yourself. You groaned, and turned to find Hermione fuming in an armchair, glaring at the twins. You turned to look at them as well, and they burst into laughter.

"That's a good look for you!" Fred exclaimed.

You glared at him for a moment, your jaw set, before you suddenly smiled and walked towards him.

"Thanks, care for a hug?" You asked with a grin, holding out your arms.

"No thanks, I couldn't pull off that green the way you do." Fred said, his grin faded as he backed away from you. You just smirked and pulled him into an embrace, covering his robes in green goo as well. He groaned. You pulled away from the hug a bit, and looked at Fred, confused as he just stared at you. All of a sudden, he seemed to be slowly getting closer to you, making you panic. Fred Weasley was not going to kiss you, not while you were covered in a mysterious goop of his invention, anyway, you decided, looking away from the boy who, after two months of friendship, had realized his feelings for you.

"I should go get cleaned up." You said quietly. And with that, you turned and walked away from Fred, who stared at you sadly, and headed up to the 7th year girl's dorm.

George - (George has liked you for years...) George had seen you around Hogwarts before you both had finished school, and had always admired you from afar, though you two didn't talk often. Though, as you stared up at him, standing in the crowd of customers in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes a year later, he recognized his chance to get to know you better, and gave you a tour of the shop, and even told you to feel free to pocket anything you wanted, though it bothered you to take products from the shelves without intending to exchange the items for a handful of gold coins.

"Oi! What do you think you're doing? Put that back, or you'll be paying more than Galleons!" Said George's twin, Fred, appearing from out of the back room.

"Fred! I told her she could have them for free!" George said, throwing an arm protectively out in front of you to stop Fred from nearing you, having liked you since his third year.

"And why would you do that?" Fred asks incredulously, looking at you. Suddenly, a look of dawning comprehension takes over his features. "Oh! Is she the girl? The one y-"

George cut off his twin with a deadly look, and threw a sheepish grin at you.

"Right..." You said awkwardly, backing up slowly. "So I'm just going to pay for this stuff and get out of your way."

"No, don't worry about paying!" George insisted again, pushing away your hand filled with gold Galleons.

"Just take the gold, George." You said tiredly, dropping the coins into his hand. "I wouldn't feel right not paying anyway. I'll see you around."

"See you." George said, somewhat glumly, as he pocketed the gold.

Neville - "Leave him alone, Malfoy!" You yelled, walking up to Draco, who was taunting Neville, who had left class just before you had.

"And what are you going to do if I don't, Y/L/N" Draco sneered. "What will you do if I hex the idiot?"

"Mad-Eye's not the only one who knows transfiguration." You said, raising your wand at the bully. "Fancy being a ferret again?"

"You wouldn't dare." Malfoy sneered, somewhat less confident.

"Wouldn't I?" You asked fiercely, raising your wand.

"Fine!" Draco relented. "But my father will hear about this!"

"What do I care?" You asked. "Go running to your daddy if you want."

Malfoy screwed up his face in anger. "I don't know what you see in Longbottom anyway, the great prat."

"I've only really known him for two hours, but I already know that he is kind and caring, and sweet, an amazing herbologist, and a better wizard than you will ever be, Malfoy. Now get away from him!" You yelled at the former ferret. In that moment, Neville realized that he really liked you, because even though you barely knew him, you stood up for him in a heartbeat.
