Prologue
For a long time, Gildarts had been sleeping with different people no matter what the gender. To him it was all just meaningless sex. He made a rule for himself, to never fall in love. This was so that he would never be hurt by anyone. When He couldn't find anyone to stay with, he called up his best friend and asked if he could stay for a while. "Come on Igneel, please let me stay, I will be good, I promise" Gildarts begged, but Igneel wasn't jumping to help him because Gildarts would always leave when he found a new sex partner. Gildarts never stayed in one place for too long. "Fine, but please do try to get a real job, not just an odd job. They don't always pay you know" Igneel says as he hung up the phone.
