Second term was over as quickly as it came and it was midway through 3rd term already. Being a brainiac herself, she took her studies seriously and was always topping her class..
It was time for English class and the English teacher came to the class.. After teaching, he announced that the school was planning an excursion to Lagos. The class was aburst with excitement.
"Sir"?
"Yes Patria what is it"?
"How many days are we spending" she asked.
"We are fixing it within the midterm break, so it's going to be from Thursday till Monday, then on Tuesday we would head back home" he answered..
"And how much is it" Natasha asked.
"It's just five thousand Naira(#5000) and for the record, we are taking just 30 students.
"Count us in!!! " they chorused..

The excursion was the talk of the school for quite a while. Finally, it was a week to the excursion and payments had ended.
Natasha was among those going for the excursion and so was Richard, Nancy, Patria, Nelia, the twins in class;Williams and Cephas, Esosa and also some students from SS1.

On Thursday morning, The English teacher and the civic education teacher along with 30studenys boarded the school bus, set off for Lagos. The trip to Lagos was an exciting one, on the way they saw interesting things that caught their fancy.
Richard nudged at Natasha
"isn't it amazing? ".
" I know right.. Kinda like a fairytale".
"Everything is a fairytale to you Tasha" he said smirking...
It was few minutes past the hour of 2 when they arrived at the hotel, it was called Lé Paradise Hotel. It was a magnificent 25storey building. They were so exhausted that immediately they checked in and got settled down, no sooner were they already taking naps with excitement on their faces as they were waiting for what tomorrow had in store for them.....
