Chapter 4 - School

1 week later

Ann's P.O.V
"Wake up!!" I yell at Chanyeol while shaking him. "Yeah, yeah..." He says without opening his eyes. "I don't know if you remember but today is the first day of school!" He got out of bed as fast as he could after hearing what I said "so you actually forgot?" I said as I laughed at his crazy bed head. "Yeah... Why are you laughing?!" He asked probably wondering why I was almost crying from laughing. "Look in the mirror" I answered still laughing. I must be tired because I usually don't laugh as hard at stuff like that. He looked at himself in the mirror and ran to the bathroom. I hear the shower start.

I'm already ready, I just have to wait for this sloth now. I mean, he has so much energy, how can he be so slow to get ready? He's probably just admiring himself in the mirror "CHAN!! HURRY UP OR ELSE WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!!" I yell getting impatient."COMIIIING!!!" He yelled back. I then see him coming trough the hallway. "There you are! Hurry we're gonna be late" I said once again. We took our backpacks and ran to the lobby, we took the stairs to go faster. Once in the lobby, I realised that it was going to be almost impossible to get out of here as I saw the crowd of fans in front of the door. "What do we do?" I asked. "I'll call my manager, he told me that he was gonna get me a driver for when school starts" I nodded.

"He told me that the car should already be at the back of the building" he said while looking around for another door. I did the same. "There!" I exclaimed pointing at a door on the other side of the lobby. We ran to it and there was effectively a car waiting outside. We jumped in it and started the drive to school. "Shouldn't they be in school?" Chanyeol asked as we passed in front of the fans. "Probably, but meeting an idol is much more important than school!" I said sarcastically. He laughed a little. I look at my watch "We're late!!!" I yelled. "What?!" Chanyeol said, probably not understanding why I yelled that. "School just started and we're not in it yet! I can't be late at my first day of school! I must be dreaming!" I said, starting to freak out. I hate being late to school and being late on the first day to school is one of my nightmare. I think it's mostly because I'm shy and I hate the feeling of being watched by everybody when I enter the classroom. Chanyeol took my hand trying to calm me down. It helped a little.

The car stopped in front of the school. We ran out and went inside looking for the office where we had to go to to get our schedules. Once we got there, the lady who gave them to us was really nice, she said that since it was the first day, she wouldn't punish us for being late but that it shouldn't happen again.

We looked at our schedules to see in which classroom we were. "OMG ANN!" Chan yelled. I jumped at his scream not knowing why he did that. I then looked at our schedules and understand his excitement. "We're in the same classroom!" I jumped from happiness.

We then realised that we still had to hurry to our class since we were about 15 minutes late now. We ran around the school and finally found the door. Chan knocked three times and a smiling lady opened the door. She was probably around 45 years old. I'm usually good at guessing people's age.

She told us to come in. We followed her inside the room. I look around. There are about 20 people, around half girls, half guys. It's a really small group. I look at the girls and see their eyes getting wider as they see Chanyeol enter. I heard some of them letting out squeaking sounds. I guess they know who he is.

"So, since you guys were late, I'll let you introduce yourselves in front of the class" The teacher said. I froze. "Don't worry, I know you don't like this but just do it calmly, you just have to say your name." Chanyeol whispered in my ear then smiled at me. I see the girls giving death glares at me then look back at Chanyeol. "Hi, huh... My name is Ann... I hope we can get to know each other better troughout the year" I said as I smiled shyly. The guys smiled at me while the girls were still looking at the beautiful human standing besides me.

"Hi, I'm Chanyeol! I also hope we can get to know each other better!" Chanyeol said confidently as the girls cheered. Even the teacher cheered while jumping up and down a little. I gave her a weird look along with most of the guys in the class. "Okay, you guys can sit in the back" She said while pointing at the two empty seats in the back of the room. We looked at each other smiling. "Seatmates" I mouthed to him. "This is perfect" he mouthed back, smiling wider than before, if that's even possible. We went to our seats. "My name is Jane by the way" the teacher said as we were walking to the back.

Chanyeol's P.O.V
We've been listening to the teacher talking about her summer vacations for the past hour. I turn my head and see that Ann is just as bored as I am. She's basically sleeping with her eyes open. "Hey!" I said in her ear. She jumped and shook her head. She looks at me with angry eyes. "Hey! I was daydreaming there! Let's just say it was a lot more interesting than listening to a women talking about the color of the swimsuit she brought to the beach.... So why did you wake me up!" She said as low as she could. "Were you daydreaming about me?" I said winking at her. "Psshht!" She said as she puched my arm. "Ow!" She smirked and went back to her daydream.

*Rrrriiinnngg!*

It's finally lunchtime! "Finally!! I was starving!" Ann said as she got up from her seat. "Me toooo!" I said as I also got up. I opened the door of the classroom and a group of girls started screaming. I immediatly close the door. "I can't go out there!" I said looking at Ann. "No you can't. I'll go get the food and come back after. I just hope they won't kill me! Wish me luck!" She said putting her fist in the air like she was going at war or domething. I laughed. She went to the back door of the room and quickly got out.

15 minutes later

The back door opens and Ann gets in as fast as she can. "It's like a pride of lions out there!" She said as she ran to me. She puts the food on one of the tables and we start eating.

The second half of the day just started. "Okay class, so, I know this is the first day of school but I have a project for you!" Everyone in the class started complaining. "Stop complaining! I'm sure you'll like this! So what you'll need to do is basically an oral about the person who is sitting besides you. You will have a week to get to know the person and on monday next week, everyone will talk about the person and what they learned about them in front of the class." Ann jumped and smiled happily after hearing what the teacher said. "Why are you so happy about this?" I asked. "Because my oral will be about you!" She said still smiling. "Okay... And?" "Well, you're like the best person to do an oral about!" She exclamed. "Why?" "Dude, think about it... You're a huge star and you're so talented! There's so much to say about you! I'll have the best presentation! Though I wish you good luck because there's not much to say about me!" She laughed at her last words. I blushed from the compliments and then laughed at what she said at last. "I'll find something" I said looking at her who was still smiling out of excitement.
