Y/N's POV

I'm walking through the institute with Alec trailing behind me. We're talking, just what normal friends do.

" Hey Y/N, Hi Alec" Clary says as she walks past us. " Hi Clary" I respond. Alec just glares at her, I slap Alec's arm, and he just chuckles. He loves to be mean to other people just for me to get mad at him. I have no idea why though.

We continue walking until we find the training room. " Hey Y/S/L/N ( your shadow hunter last name)" Alec says. " Yeah Lightwood" I reply back snarkily( is that a word who cares ;o). " Want to tra----" he gets cut off by Jace running towards us and knocks us over. "SOrry..." His voice trails off. I finally realize that I'm laying on top of Alec. " S-Sorry" I say trying to get up. Alec wraps his arms around my waist and brings me closer to him. " Don't be, I like this." He says smirking in my ear. All of my blood rushes to my face. " You can probably already tell that I like you, no, love you Y/N, always have" he says smiling. I'm probably grinning like an idiot. " I-I love you too Alec" I say stuttering. I lean in, and so does he. Our lips come together. He puts one of his hands on my neck, bringing us closer. We pull away. My face probably looks like a tomato and Alec is blushing too, surprisingly. All of a sudden, I see a flash.

I look to my right and Izzy is there holding a camera, grinning like crazy. " Finally Alec! I thought I was going to have to tell her myself!" She says smiling. Alec giggles, and I hide myself in Alec's chest.

Alec loves me. And I love him. Nothing could be better then this.....
