A wave of light bursted out from the rod.

I stood there, frozen, too shocked to move.

But what happened then made it even worse.

Just when the light was about to make contact with me, he came in front of me.

He came to save me.

He let out a scream of pain and agony, and dropped to the floor limply.

I could never forget the moment when he saved me.

I rushed over to his body, and kneeled down. The dream replayed its scene as I shook in horror. Not again. Not in real life.

Ashley screamed and rushed over, kneeling down in the same position as mine. The angels all gasped, and some even cried. Lachlan only stared at him with tears in his eyes.

"No..." I mumbled, still not believing who was lying in front of me. I tried to make his body upright by putting my hands at his back and carry him, but his wings were blocking and that only resulted in him yelping in pain.

When I took my hands away, I almost fainted.

My hands were covered in burnt feathers. And blood.

However, the blood on my hands was blue, which means his life was going to end soon.

Tears formed in my eyes. He only looked at me, his eyes slowly losing its colours.

"Vikk?"

"Hmm?" I asked, scared to lose him.

"Take good care of the pets," he smiled, before his head laid limply on the ground.

"I will... Nonononononono," I cried. My body shook as sobs wrecked through my body, tears dripping down my cheeks.

"Don't leave me, Mitch."

I don't think I should be saying anything in the A/N section.

Ok bye.
