~~Lucretia's POV~~
"SEBASTIAN!!" I woke up screaming. Sebastian opened the door quickly in panic. "What's wrong!?" Sebastian said concerned. I stood up from the bed and ran towards Sebastian and cried. "I... I had a nightmare!" I Said crying. "About what?" Sebastian asked. "That you was dead because of Ash! And that you was a murderer!" I Said whipping my tears away. "What the hell is going on!" I heard Lawrence say and stepped in the room. Sebastian looked at Lawrence. "It's nothing... She just had a nightmare, that's all." Sebastian said to him. "hmmmpf... Normally she doesn't have any nightmares at all, I guess she has nightmares of your behavior or your face. Or both." Lawrence chuckled. Sebastian stared blankly at him. "Lawrence! How dare you say that to him! Can't you two just be friends!?" I said. "hmmm... I wonder what that little mouth of yours has more to offer?" Sebastian said thinking. "Little mouth!? How d-" "Lawrence!!" I said angry. "argh. Fine I am going..." Lawrence said and left the room. "I guess I should also go back to my duties. You should try to sleep while you still can. I am sure that you don't want to be sleepy on your own jobs, you will lose concentration." Sebastian said. "Sebastian?" I said. "Yes?" He turned to me. "I know that this might be strange to hear for you, but can you please sleep with me? It's... Because I feel safer... If... If you know what I mean." I said. Sebastian looked at me for a while. "Why are you asking that?" He said. "You are not the only one that I asked. I asked Lawrence to sleep with me since he is my butler and follows my orders over 5 years ago. I have lots of nightmares if i sleep alone." I said. "Why do you have lots of nightmares while sleeping alone?" Sebastian asked. "I haven't told you this yet but i have a some sort of a contract with myself. Normal contracts is that the master have a goal and if that goal is done, the demon may get their soul. But mine is different. I turned myself into a demon because I wanted revenge on Ash since that day he killed Lucian. And it would be a lot more difficult to defeat him if I was still human since they aren't strong enough like angels and demons. And angels can only be killed by demons, and the same as demons. So there for I made a contract with myself. My goal is to get revenge on Ash, and if I succeed, I will be at rest." I said looking down.

~~Sebastian's POV~~
What does she mean 'i will be at rest?' Does she mean she will die after she killed Ash? "And if you will die, to who will you give your soul?" I asked. "To no one, my soul will stay in this world. Until it is gone." She said. "But if you have a contract with yourself, where is your seal?" I asked. She turned her back towards me and showed me her contract seal on her bare back. It was a hourglass with a spider web and a cresent moon. "I won't be dead right away I kill Ash. But when the cresent moon shows itself at night. And I won't notice it at all since then I am asleep. It would see like that i am into a deep long sleep that I won't wake up. A eternal sleep." Lucretia said. So there for she has nightmares of sleeping alone. She doesn't want to die while she still wants to kill Ash. And when she sleeps next to someone, she will feel safe and protected. While sleeping alone makes her vulnerable. If she keep having those nightmares she would be weak to confront Ash because she doesn't have any energy to fight him. I sighed. "But I already killed Ash a long time ago." I said. "If he is dead then i won't have the contract seal anymore on my back. And I would be dead." She said. What?! He is still alive? How is that possible!? So it doesn't matter if she killed him or someone else? Because even if I kill him she would still be able to die? It's like a soulforge. "Alright then, but only because of that story you told me." I sighed. "Thanks Sebastian." She said and returned to bed to sleep. I took off my tailcoat and shoes and put them neatly on a chair and walked over to the bed. Lucretia already rolled to the side so she was facing the window. I lied on my back and looked at the ceiling, and slowly closed my eyes to sleep...

~~Lucretia's POV~~
after a few hours I woke up at the sound of large thunder and heavy rain. I was always scared of the thunder even when I was still a child as a human. I looked beside me and saw Sebastian sleeping peacefully. Just like Lucian, if he had grey hair he would look the same as Lucian. Normally demons don't need any sleep. They only do sleeping when out of boredom. But for me is the same like humans since I was a human before. I stepped out of bed carefully to not wake Sebastian up and left the room. I walked the empty hallways and saw Mey-Rin also awake. She walked towards me. "Have you seen Sebastian? Normally he patrols the hallways to see if no one is awake." Mey-Rin said. "It's fine, Sebastian is sleeping next to me." I said. "HE IS!? OMG I-" Mey-Rin screamed but I holded her mouth shut so she won't wake the others. "Shhh! It's only of a reason okay?" I whispered. She nodded and I put my hand away from her mouth. "What reason?" Mey-Rin asked. "It's a long story, and i only tell the persons who i can trust." I said. "Sorry I completely understand. Sorry miss." Mey-Rin apologized. "It's alright Mey-Rin." I said. "So, are you going to leave tomorrow?" Mey-Rin asked. "Yes I am afraid so. My maid is still there all alone and i can't leave her like this." I answered. She took a sad face. "Oooohhh, I will miss you already. Even if I met you at dinner, I feel like I can trust you. That you are my new friend." Mey-Rin said. "That's sweet of you Mey-Rin." I smiled. "No problem, and I hope you will come again soon." She said. "Don't worry I will." I said. "Why were you walking here all alone?" She said. "I don't know but I enjoy if it is quiet." I said. "Me too sometimes, but only when I get stressed by working. I take a little break and think about good times." Mey-Rin said. "I understand that." I said. "Wel you should go to bed now miss. You only have a few hours to sleep with that handsome butler, so make your time worth it." She laughed. "Oh come on Mey-Rin." I laughed too. She laughed again at my reaction and went back to her room. I smiled and went back to my bed. I entered the room again and saw Sebastian still sleeping. I quietly stepped in bed and lied down to sleep again. What a day...
