Me: Your in my disclaimer for my book! *giggles uncontrolably*
Leo: Ok but hold up a moment. Is Kristi in this book? *bangs on glass*
Me: Actually yes, she is..... *disappointed*
Leo: *smiles* Well then I would be glad. to do the disclaimer. THIS GIRL THAT LOOKS A LOT LIKE KRISTI DOES NOT OWN PERCY JACKSON!!!!!! Wait random person, what's your name?
Me: YOU SHALL NEVER KNOW!!!! *poofs out*
Leo POV~~~~~~
Piper made it back with everyone (all of Kristi's friends) including Chiron. Jason was at Camp Jupiter though. Everyone crowded around Kristi, conserned and worried.
"What happened, Mr.Valdez?" Chiron asked me, tears in his eyes. I wondered how I could explain.
"She got claimed in the arena and she became extremely shocked and fainted." I said kneeling next to her.
"Do you mind telling all of us who her godly parent is?" Piper became impatient. She tapped her foot, crossing her hands.
I sighed and began fiddling with nuts and bolts I had in my pocket. The pair pressure was unbearable. "She was claimed by Artemis, goddess of the moon and archery. A maiden goddess I might add." Everyone except Chiron gasped.
"She was the one all along.... I should have known...." Chiron mumbled under his breath.
Everything got quiet. Kristi's eyes sprang open. She woke up with a cold sweat. I grabbed a towel and wiped her forehead.
"Oh my gods, Kristi! Are you okay?" Annabeth pushed everybody out of the way.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Please tell me I was not just claimed by Artemis. " No one said a word.
"My dear. I am so glad you are okay." Chiron held Kristi's hand and patted it softly. She grabbed his hand and smiled.
They separated and Chiron announced, "Kristi needs to rest. We must leave her to it. I am very busy at the moment. Who wants to volunteer to watch over her while she is here?"
I immediately stood up and yelled, "I volunteer as tribute!"(A/N Hunger games moment XD)
Everyone stared at me and I blushed. "I mean, I will stay with her." They shrugged it off and all left except Annabeth.
"You hurt her, Leo, and I will make sure you don't hurt anyone else again." She said sternly. I gulped. She grinned smugly and left.
I looked down at Kristi. I smiled shyly and she did too. "Leo, you know you don't have to waste your time with me." she whispered modestly.
"The thing is, I want to. And you are not changing my mind."
"Okay, bud. Good night. I'm exhausted." She took my hand, put it to her heart, and fell asleep. I sat down next to her and fell asleep as well, still holding her hand.
