Once everyone was out and refreshed from the journey, the teacher led them all to a nearby café (most likely the only one in the village). It wasn't small, as Hyunsoo expected it to be, it was quite big and decorated with a 60s theme. There were a few people having their lunch and reading the newspaper; it was mostly filled with elderly men and women though.

Everyone must have been really hungry, as they quickly half-ran to the counter and ordered some lunch. Hyunsoo ordered a small fruit box and a sandwich with some juice. She and Jimin sat down side by side on a table enjoying their lunch, when Jinyoung suddenly put his food down on the table a few minutes later and sat across Hyunsoo.

"Hey guys! How are you?"

Jimin gave him a broad smile. Hyunsoo hadn't told Jimin about Jinyoung's confession at all. He had asked why he wanted to walk with Hyunsoo alone, but she had steered the conversation away dismissing the walk as 'catching some exercise and a little fresh air'.

"Great!" Jimin answered, "Haven't spoken to you in ages. What have you been doing?"

Hyunsoo smiled and tried to show an I'm-not-awkward-at-all-after-our-last-conversation expression as much as possible.

"I recently joined a judo club in the school. They started looking for members just this month, and I've always wanted to join a martial art club since elementary!"

"Were there no clubs in middle school? Or even outside school?"

Jinyoung shook his head. "Mum wanted me to join when I was a least sixteen, so then I decided to try out in this school."

Hyunsoo finally spoke, "That's great to hear! Will we be able to watch you?"

"Of course!"

Across from their table, Hyejin and her sidekicks Tiffany and Seohyun sat down with their food on the table, making loud noises with the chairs being pulled out.

"And then he told me, I look better dead!"

Tiffany gasped and Seohyun made a sour expression. Jimin and Hyunsoo rolled their eyes together and giggled silently, Jinyoung joined in.

"Excuse me." It was Sohee. She was standing in front of Hyunsoo's table looking at them with a smile. "Do you mind if I sit with you?"

"No, sit down!" Jimin smiled, pointing at the seat across from him and next to Jinyoung.

"Thank you! You guys looked the nicest out of the crowd, so I came here. I hope you don't mind." Sohee sat down and started digging into her food immediately.

"We haven't seen you around the school, other than the usual homeroom classes," Jimin said.

"It would be the lessons. I don't think I'm in any of your classes. It's sad really... I wish I could make friends in my homeroom, but I hardly see anyone there." Sohee looked sad for a second, before she continued eating.

"No worries, we're already your friends now," Jinyoung said, and everyone nodded at Sohee together, who beamed back.

"I better be paired with someone good for the tent thing." It was Hyejin again. They were talking really loudly. "If I end up with someone annoying again, I swear, I'd rather go get eaten by a bear."

"There aren't any bears in this forest," Sohee whispered, making Jimin giggle.

Turned out Hyejin was not having a good day today.

"Why? Sir! You can't make me share a tent with her!" Hyejin pointed her fingers at Hyunsoo, who stood there just as surprised at the pairing.

"Yes, I can. This trip is all about you and your classmates learning about each other and getting to know one another. Your pairings are mainly based on whom you talk to and don't talk to. Now, go and get settled! We have an activity later."

Hyejin stormed past Hyunsoo and went into the tent with her bags. Hyunsoo followed, after feeling awkward for a few minutes, and found that Hyejin had brought lots of electronics that she couldn't plug anywhere to be able to use it.

"What was the point of bringing these?" The words escaped Hyunsoo before she could stop them and she quickly looked embarrassed.

"Shut up! You wouldn't understand, I mean, just look at yourself," she started smirking, "You look as if the seven dwarfs all took turns to throw up on you."

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a ball bounced into the tent and hit Hyejin on the head.

"WHAT THE HELL!" she screamed, "Whoever that was I am going to kill you!"

Jungkook came in. "Yeah? Try it."

Hyunsoo stared at him. He smirked back.

"Jungkoo–" she started.

"Please, save it. Don't be a hag and come out already." He started going outside, but then turned his head and added, "You should take a look at yourself. Looks to me as if the seven dwarfs took turns to throw up on you." And he left with a wink.

Hyejin really did need to take a look at herself. Her expression was of horror when Jungkook had said his bit before he left.

She looked at Hyunsoo and started yelling to get out. Hyunsoo didn't need telling twice. She left the tent quickly and found that Jinyoung was right outside looking concerned. However, she ignored him and went straight to Jungkook, turning him to face her.

"What was that?"
