Draco Malfoy X Reader

"(Y/n)!" Pansy hollered, she ran up beside the (h/c) haired Slytherin girl, with (e/c) eyes.

"What do you want, Parkinson?" She asked annoyed, as she walked to the common room for some reading.

"Where's Draco? Is he not here to protect you?" She taunted, her dark eyes gleaming deviously as her short hair framed her pug-looking face.

"Leave it Parkinson." (Y/n) warned.

(Y/n), and unfortunately, Pansy both had free periods, for the end of the day. (Y/n) planned on reading before dinner, while Pansy was going to her room, but she could never resist taunting (Y/n). (Y/n) wasn't in the mood to listen to Pansy, the only reason Pansy did it was because, (Y/n) and Draco, Pansy's crush, were boyfriend and girlfriend and in a dating relationship. They've been together for six weeks now, however they were best friends since they were five. The (e/c) eye colored girl was indeed a pureblood, and got very popular around public because her parents always made donations to charity, orphanages, and hospitals. So how your families met and became friends is still unsure.

"Why, I bet Draco is only pity-dating you." Pansy taunted.

"And why would he do that?" (Y/n) asked, bored.

"Because you're not a proper Slytherin girlfriend!" She shot.

"How so?" (Y/n) replied, a tad disgusted by Pansy's comment.

"You don't look or act right. You're always wearing your robe, which I'm sure you're using to hide your fat and ugly body!" Pansy taunted.

Those words cut through (Y/n) like a knife. Even though she was hurt by what Pansy had said, she still somehow managed to tell Pansy to leave her alone. Those words though, stuck like glue, She even skipped dinner in the great hall. After finishing her book, her book she took a nap on the black, leather couch. The green cackling flames filling her ears and bringing a calming sensation, yet it didn't bring ease and only let Pansy's thoughts go through the (h/c) haired girl's head.

'Pity date.'

'Proper Slytherin.'

'Not looking right.'

'Ugly.'

'Fat.'

Sure, (Y/n) loved reading and was friendly with other houses. 'Maybe Pansy's right,' She thought, before going into a dream.

----Time Skip----

Her heavy eyelids fluttered open, to reveal that she slept in the common room, all night  last night. The leathery couch was supporting her weight, however when she looked down, her (f/c) comforter was covering her and (2nd f/c) pillow was behind her head, supporting it. She pulled back the covers and looked at the silvery coffee table, she noticed that her book was there laid neatly beside a folded piece of parchment. She took the parchment, opened it up and read it.

Dear (Y/n),

I didn't want to risk waking you up, you looked to beautiful, I missed you at dinner and hope to see you for breakfast. I also hope you enjoyed your comforter and pillow I brought down for you.

                                                       Love,
                                                                  Draco Malfoy.

She smiled at the letter, until he mentioned breakfast, her smile quickly faded to a frown. She didn't feel like eating and decided to skipped breakfast using the 'I slept in late', excuse, if anyone ever asked. She went through her classes with a breeze, Pansy's insults though, still pierced her mind. Insults ran as those words and hormones took control instead of her mind and heart. Pansy had gotten worse and insulted her when Draco wasn't able to walk her to class.
