Chapter 4

Skylars POV

I had just finished the last note holding it as long as I could. Opening my eyes I looked up and saw the damn blonde bombshell and locked my fiery green eyes on his crystal blue ones.

"What the hell are you doing here?! I practically screamed. He just sat there with his eyes wide and his mouth wide open gaping. He still hadn't said anything when some random brunette walked in, "Now who the hell is this?"

I was so annoyed the stupid Ryder kid walked in and now another random kid.

"Um well my name is Hunter" apparently Hunter said "and well we were next door and this is my bestfriend Ryder, sorry he is VERY curious, hope he didn't intrude." he continued.

While he was talking I had a chance to study his features. He had soft caramel eyes, short light brown hair, a nice muscular jaw line and cheek bones, he had nice plump full lips that were a nice pink color with a little freckle right by the corner of his mouth. Man he was really hot and so much more polite then his bestfriend. I looked over and saw Bre oogling him too. I could really see them together hmm.

I looked at Ryder again. "Well what do you want then you heard us, you figured out the noise now what!?" I demanded. He looked like he finally had collected himself he replied "Wow well your really good, sweet cheeks" he started walking towards me. "You know I play the drums I'm  sure we could make some beautiful music together" he smirked and dropped his left eye in a wink. I practically snorted and replied with an eye roll and "Ha no I better not I might catch something, and the names Skylar not sweetcheeks!" He had a surprised look for a second then quickly covered it up. Bre and Hunter were quitely laughing.

I guess he didn't get rejected very often. Well he better start getting used to it.

Ryders POV

I can't believe this girl is rejecting my charm! I saw her totally check out Hunter too!

"Hey I see you play guitar" Hunter observed referring to the girl, she was actually quite pretty and seemed like she had a nice body too. "Mind if I see it?" She stammered and said "U-umm y-ya I guess" she handed over the guitar and watched him like a hawk I'm  guessing the guitar is really important to her.

Hunter played a few cords, messing up alittle since it was different then his bass. Handing it back he said "Wow this is really different when playing the bass"

"You play bass?" she asked.

"Ya for sure ever since I was about 6 or 7 years old"

"Wow thats awesome I've been playing guitar since I was like 5 or so" she smiled brightly and I knew they had hit it off right away.

Hunter turned around facing us all again. "Hey we really should play together I mean you singing," pointing to Skylar "you on drums," he pointed at me "and then me on bass and……" he trailed off searching for her name. "Breanna but, most people call be Bre." she offered "and Bre on guitar"

Bre immediately said "Hey im up for it" Hunter nodded and turned to me "Um ya sure I don't care" I responded he finally looked at Skylar. "Umm I don't really know" she definitely looked unsure.

Skylars POV

I was scared to play with these guys I mean I'm totally ok with playing with Bre but these guys are totally different. Just random strangers.

I could totally tell that Bre and Hunter were definitely hitting it off and flirting. Bre turned to me with pleading eyes.

Reluctantly I finally said "Alright whatever but if you say anything about my singing ill smash you with Bre's guitar" warning all of them and pointing my finger especially at Ryder I knew he would have some kind of comment about my voice.

Just shoot me now! I thought as we all started walking over to Ryders' garage.

Ryders'  POV 

YES! I mentally fist bumped. One Skylar is coming to my house and two I can hear her sing again! Man I dont know if I really like this girl I mean I don't do realtionships, to much work and, commitment um no, I'm  good I dont need that. I probably just wanted to get in her pants which isn't unusual for me. 

After the short walk next door we walked into my garage and I sat on my little drum stools and picked up my drum sitcks twirling in my hands. 

"Welcome to my humble aboad, make yourself at home" I said smirking. I watched Skylar and this Bre girl walk around and studying  my garage and the little things sitting on shelf. Studying the lay out reaching out and touching things every so often. Hunter sat down on his little green chair and picked up his bass, siting kind of close to me. Skylar abruptly turned around and said "Whelp were here so what do you want to do now"

"Erm well play I guess?" I shrugged and looked at Hunter

He was studying Bre looking like a sponge sucking in her every detail. I coughed and he looked at me saying "Oh right right um well I can play Intoxicated by The Cab "   knowing that was one of my favorite songs to do "Can you" he asked looking at Bre.

"Ya of course thats one of Skylars' favorites"

"It is?" I finally spoke up.

"Ya so what? Got a problem with my music" she said defensively

"Not unless I can listen too, because thats one of my favorites too" I gave a little smirk

She gave me an approving nod and looked around some more.

"Well I'm good I guess so lets play, shall we" giving Skylar a little wink and devious smirk, she just smirked right back, challenging me.

hmm what's Skylar going to do now ;) she a wild one
