Chapter 9

Ryder's POV

ugh it was Monday and Hunter had spent the night last night so we went to school together using my dad's car.

My mood brighten though seeing Skylars loud mouth, sarcastic ass. I saw Hunter had already spotted Bre too.

"Hey sweetcheeks" I yelled as Hunter pulled us into a parking spot

I saw Hunter shake his head along with Bre and Skylar. I heard Hunter mutter "Damn loud ass"

"What's up big headed jerk" she shot back with a sickeningly sweet smile. Damn this girl I swear she surprises me every time.

I jumped out of the car and jogged over to them. "Well hello to you too beautiful"

"Does it ever end" she whisper asked Hunter

"Um no not really you have to get used to it. I kind of just tune him out most of the time you know?"

"Ehh I'll try but damn does he have to be so fucking loud"

"Hey your one to talk sweet cheeks. I could hear your singing all the way next door so be quite missy"

"Well hey your the one who was all nosy and came over so just shut your pie hole"

"But my pie hole likes to be open for pie or pretty lady's tongues you know" I cheekily winked at her

"Ugh pig I swear but you know it sucks because you only get bottle blonde bimbo sluts" she smirked in triumph when my mouth fell open but I quickly shut it although I knew it was too late.

She laughed and hooked her arm into Bre's and grabbed Hunter's hand walking away to their lockers.

After they all walked away I quickly jogged up behind them and came up with an amazing idea.

I sneakily walked behind Skylar and since both her arms where on Bre and Hunter's shoulders I wrapped my arms around her waist quickly picking her up. "What the hell ahhhh!!" she screamed and I just chuckled and whispered in her ear "You cant get rid of me that easy sweet cheeks"

I sat her down finally she huffed and said "It might not be easy but I wont stop trying"

She walked up to her locker and put all her stuff in and got some books out while I did the same. I walked over to Skylar and it looked like she was looking for Hunter and Bre who were no where in sight. "I bet they left us and didn't notice while they were in their own little world"

"Ya propaply hey I know you guys are bestfriends and everything so does Hunter like Bre?"

"Hunter and I actually talked about it last night before we went to bed and damn this kid is really head over heals for this girl but he thinks she would neveer like him."

She smiled brightly and said "Oh well he really needs to reconsider because basically everybody already thinks there a thinks but they are the only ones who dont see it. They are so scared and just think the other would never like them"

"They are honestly crazy. Hey speaking of relatioships last night you were all cuddley with me and now your back to badass, loud mouth, sarcastic, smart ass, sassy Skylar"

"Oh please I was just cold I just need your warmth that's it" she laughed and walked into english class.

Damn she left me wordless and stricken I'm not sure why that effected me so much but it did and I really don't like it. I'm not sure what I'm feeling here but i know one thing is for sure I dont like it.

Skylars POV

Ha Ryder thinks I actually like him man this kid is seriously mistaken. I mean I wont/cant ever love again. All love is is pain. Pain for both people and I dont need more of that in my life.

The school day actually passed really quick.

Bre, Hunter and I had just finished grabbing all of our stuff when we turned to see Ryder running over to us.

He stopped in front of us and while he was catching his breath I asked him "You got somebody pregnant huh?"

"Hell no but you should watch out sweetcheeks" he quickly replied and gave me a wink even though he was still huffing and puffing

"So why the hell are you running over here?"  hunter asked

He straightened up at that and smiled a bright mischievous smile

Oh gawd

Then he shoved a bright yellow flyer in my face.

ok guys honestly this chapter is short stupid and is a filler and I've had so much going on (finals, babysitting) and I haven't been able to update but alot will be coming up soon

also btw 2 things have happened in Skylar's past 1.'the accidnet' 2. 'him' so ya remember that
