Chapter 5: Sophie's Speech

I nervously rubbed my hands together. This speech was important, even more important than being better than Beatrix at everything. I was the new Evil leader, and it was up to me to show them what being amazingly evil was all about. I was THE trendsetter(always have been), but now I needed my helpful talents more than ever. Evil needed to change, and it needed my help. 

"Dear Evil students," Wow, I thought. So very creative. I Continued," Recently, all of you have a experienced a real life situation. One that was life changing. Instead of fighting good, we fought with good, which taught me something." I looked around, trying to meet the student's eyes," We are evil. Yes, we have pride in it. But being evil doesn't mean you have to be ugly, or not care about how you look, or maybe for some of us, personal hygiene. And by some, I mean most. Maybe all. BUT, that's not the point. I'll have a lecture on hygiene later," Groans coming from the crowd," ANYWAY, all I'm saying is, be who you'd like. Evil and ugly, evil and mean, or maybe even evil and beautiful. Hopefully the last one is the one you all are thinking of, but I mean to say that we will respect you no matter who you choose to be. Evil doesn't have to be limited to one personality or one look. You have the freedom to choose what you want. Like I did. I chose the right decision in the end of my fairytale, and it ended up saving the world. Choices that you do now and later will effect many things. So choose wisely. Will you triumph in the end? It's up to you. Thank you and I hope this year is as effective as I plan it to be." I walk off the stage. I used to be a little girl who didn't know what she was doing. Who only cared about looks. I mean, I still care about looks, that hasn't changed much, but now I am a leader. A leader who is going to change things around this evil town.
