The town of Crystal Lake had served its purpose.

Death was frequent due to the so-called death curse.

Oliver drank a beer.

He knew, deep down, what was going on.

By seven o'clock in the evening, he prayed to God.

And, as he finished his beer, he placed it in the trash bin.

Then he walked back to Camp Crystal Lake, eager to warn the campers about Jason.

Lisa shook her head.

Suddenly the rain dimmed.

She saw Tyler.

"What's going on?", she asked.

"Tim's dead. We think that it's Jason", he answered.

"My God! You don't think that he is here?", Lisa asked.

"Yes, we have to leave...now", Tyler answered.

"But...".

"I know. It's hard to believe that Jason is here. Yet he is. He has probably lived in the shack in the woods".

"And now he's here".

"Yes! Come on, let's wait for the Sheriff".

Mike was unsettled.

"If Jason is here, we have to leave...immediately".

Jane shivered.

"Camp Crystal Lake is doomed".

"I...", Jane said.

And then they, (as well as the other campers), rushed to the vans...and cars.

And, as Sheriff Harrison arrived at Camp Crystal Lake, he grabbed his .357 Magnum gun and was about search the cabins, when he gasped when he saw the dead body of Tim.

By ten o'clock in the late evening, the campers were leaving.

"I don't want all of you to go into the woods. It's out of bounds", the Sheriff stated. Deputy Donald shook his head.

"I don't know, Sheriff. If Jason is alive, he's gone".

"Close the woods off, Deputy. All police in town...and on the roads...will be blocked. The campers are now going back home. It's a sad thing to happen. But, to me, someone's keeping the death curse alive".

And, seconds later, they prayed to God.

And, as the coroner arrived, Camp Crystal Lake was silent once more.
