Part 29

*Selena's POV*

I woke up with an earth shattering. I immediately grabbed my head as a reflex.

"Selena?" I heard a voice say.

"Go away Ashley," I mumbled digging my head under my pillow.

"Adam called a meeting," she said tugging at my feet.

"I was up sick all night," I lied. "Tell Adam I don't feel well."

"Weird, Ry was sick too. Maybe y'all have the same bug," she said mostly speaking to herself at this point. "Looks like it's just Carly and I going."

"What about Justin?" I asked popping my head out a bit.

"He's down stairs. He doesn't want to go," she shrugged before leaving and closing the door behind her.

I reached over on my nightstand and grabbed the water bottle and bottle of aspirin I had on there. I took a few pills and sat up right as I heard the front door shut, meaning Ashley and Carly had now left.

As I walked down the hall to the bath room to brush my teeth I noticed that my face was still red and raw. I decided not to even bother with putting any make up on before going down the stairs seeing Justin on the couch staring blankly ahead before snapping out of if and looking at me.

"Sel," he said, his voice managing to crack through even one syllable. "Please let me explain."

"There's nothing to explain. I was there. I heard everything," I said emotionlessly. "She's pregnant and we are over."

"No Sel, just listen please," he begged patting the spot next to him.

"No Justin, you listen. How can you even still want me when there is now a child involved. It's not just us anymore. There is a baby!" I yelled frustrated.

"She's not pregnant!" He yelled.

"What? Now you're lying. Wow Justin," I rolled my eyes and shook my head as I continued to walk past him to the kitchen but he grabbed my arm gently.

"I'm not lying," he spoke softer this time. "I went after her last night to figure something out I guess and when I talked to her she said that she didn't know for certain she was pregnant she just thought she was pregnant."

"She either is or she isn't," I said coldly pulling my arm away.

"She isn't. For now. The only appointment I could get with a doctor was on Friday," he sighed.

"So you expect me to act like for 5 days nothing wrong?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"You know they said if you keep rolling your eyes they are going to get stuck like that," he joked.

"Now is not the time," I said turning and heading back for the stairs only to have justin follow behind me.

"Where are you going?" He asked walking behind me into my room.

"I'm changing and going to the gym. I have a lot of frustration I need to work out. Maybe I'll go visit Hunter at work too. Bring him lunch or something. What does it matter to you anyway? It's not like were together anymore."

*Justin's POV*

"Yes we are! I'm still in love with you! I know you love me too because you just don't stop loving someone overnight. Last night we were perfect, on top of the world even. And then she shows up and ruins everything," he said balling his hands up after running one hand through it.

"That girl is your wife, Justin. Can't you see that? And she may possibly be pregnant with your baby! I realized that I let this go on for too long. What we had, it was amazing. I lot of fun with you, but we are through, baby or no baby. I'm sorry but I'm not going to be a home wrecker," she said as a few tears trickled down her face. With that, she walked past me with her keys in her hand and swiftly walked out of the room, leaving me feeling as empty as ever.

Did I really just lose the thing that meant the world to me? And why was I feeling this way when I have a wife who should be my world... but she wasn't, and now I was left with nothing but a hole in my heart.
